I purchased a gift card from Amazon. It’s not Amazon’s fault, there was $50 on the card up until I registered the card on the address provided on the gift card sleeve. Either your company is corrupt or hackers are posing as your company. Gift Card Mall has been hacked and need to tighten up their security. I think the customer service rep let that slip. When I repeated what he said and he said no, you must have used a bad website to register the gift card. I’m transferring you over to the Dispute Dept. I’ve been on hold for over a half an hour.
