Don't get ripped off.
Have spent over 3 months awaiting a refund for a product I incorrectly ordered and immediately phoned them up to cancel the online order which they did. Despite many calls to the phone agency working on behalf of Neil Wootten's companies, and many messages thereby going to Neil the founder and owner, I have not received any acknowledgement or response. 3 months of trying to get a refund, the phone firm despairing of the situation, and Neil knows this. I was also told there are others awaiting refunds. He only owes me 20 odd pounds. Staggering. No excuse for this at all.
