A mini air fryer purchased 1 year ago got the timer broken exactly a year later. The customer service response was to look for replacements in third parties …like they are covering my warranty. They did not do anything for me no even offer a discount or something . The item was still in warranty and still.. literally nothing.
The Moosoo K 17
I’ve had the Moosoo K 17 for years and it has performed extremely well. There is only one fault with it which was that after time the flap in the suction pipe stopped closing which meant after use when it went back onto it’s charging base everything you’d just hoovered up fell out. So I just got into a habit of emptying it each time. But far better than an expensive Dyson animal which stopped working very quickly.
Just received my stick vacuum cleaner…
Just received my stick vacuum cleaner model #LA-PA7S-0167 and have some questions because the manual that came with it doesn’t have all the information it should. There was no phone number listed in the manual so I went online to the website and it listed a phone number 1-646-968-0167 and this number is a non working phone number. Will be returning it to Walmart. Would not recommend this product because they don’t want to be contacted once you purchase their products.

Moosoo RT40 Short Battery Life - No Replacement
Purchased 4/21 from Amazon. Battery life now down to 20 minutes runtime max. Customer service says replacement battery no longer available. No help on a 3rd party alternate battery. Really, with a 2 year old product ?
Would never buy another Moosoo product.

I purchased a vacuum with a warranty
I purchased a vacuum with a warranty. The vacuum was amazing but only lasted a few months. Trying to get a new vacuum from a paid protection plan from this company is damn near impossible. The vacuum brush roll stopped spinning. The issue is the electric not the brush roll but they refuse to send me are placement vacuum even when it’s under the manufacturer warranty and I paid for extra coverage. Terrible customer service.

Same issue as below. I just purchased this Moosoo Cordless Vacuum 4-in-1 Lightweight Stick Vacuum on Black Friday and everything was find working great and then one day it just won't come on. The light is on but there is no power. Ane the company does not answer the Phone.
Dead battery, no reply from company
Did this company go under? I’ve been trying to contact them using phone, mail, and their website form but no reply for weeks. When you call their hotline it says they’re currently closed every time I’ve called within business hours. My battery stopped charging and havnt reached a year yet.
GARBAGE SERVICE for a product that doesn't last!!!
Took company 5 months to act on my inquiry which was 2 months before the warranty expired. They finally sent me a new battery because it would not charge properly. After the unit still would not charge, they refused to help. DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!

I just started using this around the house and it’s been fantastic. The battery lasts a long time.I live in a condo with hardwood and area rugs. This vacuum is perfect for that environment. I think it picks up things off the floor and rug adequately.
What makes it convenient is cordless, it helps a lot when I clean my house from one room to another so that I don’t have to plug in over and over again. Perfect for me. Love.
Poor quality product and no willingness to honor advertised warranty
The cordless stick vacuum stopped working soon after first being used. The company did not honor the warranty. This appears to be a common experience among other buyers. Beware.
Buyer beware, nice packaging doesn't cut it
After 3 months of careful use the battery in my Moosoo -8G rotrary shaver, purchased by myself from Walmart, would no longer hold a charge.The 120 AC volt power pack was putting out the correct 8 volts DC and with no signs of damage I contacted customer service by email. I included the Walmart order number, photos of the box and unit and serial number tag, repeated the serial number, and twice gave a clear description of the problem. A lady in their customer service named Anna and I next conversed 4 times in email, her only replies being repeated nonsensical requests for "videos of the defect" and assurances that the claim would then be honored. Upright is JUNK! Poor battery life and poor costumer support!
I purchased an upright vacuum after purchasing 3 of the small handheld vacuums. The small ones are now into their 3rd year and still work fabulous so I’m figured I’d love the larger model just the same. However, I was very disappointed with this model. It was great until the battery died just after a year. I only used it occasionally in our second home, maybe once or twice a week. After contacting the company, they did nothing to support my issue other than wasting my time with hopeful back and forth emails. Their sixth email just stated that it was no longer under warranty and batteries were not available. So, basically if you’re looking for something that will last beyond a year, this isn’t the brand! When it worked, it was decent but one would expect a vacuum to last longer than this and any good company would back their product. Stay clear, this is JUNK!

Vacuum was not delivered to me so I canceled the credit card payment. Then kept telling me it was delivered and then threatened me via email about refusing to pay. Well I refused to pay because I did not get it. Then it was finally delivered in an Amazon speaker box all damaged. Can never speak with anyone and emails may take a week for them to respond but they are quick to threaten me!! Now cannot get any replacement filters, all out of stock!!!! BEWARE DO NOT BUY from them.
Don't buy a moosoo!!
Unfortunately as so many others I found customer service completely unacceptable. The cordless S2 vacuum I purchased had the filter missing, but I didn't realize it until I watched a You Tube video how to take the dust cup off. So I thought I could find the filter online and buy it. This vacuum has no parts available to buy anywhere. So I emailed moosoo 3 times and called and waited on hold forever. As others have stated, there was no response whatsoever. Since I bought it through Walmart, they contacted moosoo for me and promised a reply within 48 hours. But again no response, so I will be contacting Walmart's customer service again. Moosoo obviously doesn't stand behind their products at all, do not buy a moosoo. A waste of money and time. At this point I will be demanding my money back in the light of their lack of response and the fact parts are not available for this vacuum.
