Ordered a MOSISO adult hardshell laptop…
Ordered a MOSISO adult hardshell laptop backpack advertised as designed to hold 16" laptops. The MOSISO backpack I recieved looked like a child size: could only barely fit an 11" laptop, and the arm straps are too short, uncomfortable over shoulder even when fully extended. The laptop compartment isn't nearly wide enough to hold a 15.6" laptop no matter how thin. Clearly fraudulent advertising from MOSISO. When I contacted MOSISO all I got was excuses and blame-shifting to distributer. They refused any request to restore me by means of refund or approrprately sized replacement. In my opinion, MOSISO company has no regard for customers. Once they get your money the customer is zero to them. Please remember MOSISO brand so as not do business with them. LENOVO may be a little more expensive, but you will get far better quality as advertised and live online customer service if a broblem arises. Wish I had bought LENOVO instead of MOSISO. Learn from my mistake.
