Absolute disaster.
Vastly "overvaled" my property so that i would appoint them. Two years later, the property is still unsold, despite a 33% reduction in asking price and not one serious offer received.

Judging by the review's, they're clearly more interested in sales than rental because I've emailed several times and not once have they replied
We sold our property on a no sale no fee arrangement. We withdrew an offer on a property we were buying because of a problem revealed in the search. After finding another property we were told that if we wanted to proceed with the sale we would have to sign an agreement to pay the agents fees in full if we withdrew again.
