Did not deliver services — no response

I paid Impact Authority for a PR service that was agreed upon in advance, but they never delivered what we agreed, and after payment they became unresponsive. I have contacted them multiple times by email and have received no replies at all, even though they promised specific deliverables. I do not recommend working with them unless they improve communication and fulfill their commitments. Anyone considering them should be cautious.

SCAM. 1 year and still dont have my backlinks. No answer from their part. Do not make business with them. Not serious.
