Received damage tent walls

Ordered side walls with windows in March 25 only for shipment never received after investigation it was shipped to wrong address. Customer service re ship items i was happy because I have Rental business. Now it's May & I test out tents to be sent to Clients only to find all sidewalls have been sliced & defective. I send email to service
with pics only to be told tht they can't replace them& I can repurchase. So I'm basically stuck with useless tent walls & out of money. Beware when shopping here.
