The final result (glass sign, etched, 60"x18") is completely satisfactory, but it felt like pulling teeth to get someone to communicate clearly with us during the production.
While they did not ever guarantee a completion date, the estimate at the beginning was 4 weeks for production after payment was received. Ultimately it took 9 weeks for the sign to be shipped.
Every update we got we had to ask for directly. They did not reach out to let us know about delays or problems, we had to reach out and ask for updates. And when we reached out for updates/questions/concerns throughout the process, it sometimes took days to get a response.
Not as frustrating as the lack of communication, but another unprofessional display - there was a small discount given to us when we paid the deposit that we had to pay back. 2 weeks after we paid in full, we were given a new invoice for what was discounted because they made a mistake in calculating production cost and could not honor the discount. When we called to question this, they told us if it was not paid they could not finish production, which had already begun.
3 stars only because the sign did eventually come, and it is exactly what we wanted. However the communication with customers is severely lacking at this company.

I could not be more happy about my interaction with Impact Signs. From the moment I contacted the company Shannon went out of her way to explain the process and find out exactly what I needed. This was a bronze plaque for the grave of my life partner who died in Samoa. It bore an embossed image of his face alongside the text. Knowing that the plaque would be resting in a locality with a humid climate, only a quarter mile from the sea, Shannon suggested the plaque receive (at no extra cost) a special coating to delay the natural oxidation process of the bronze. When the plaque arrived at my home, only a short time after ordering it, I was moved to tears at just how beautiful it was. Impact Signs receives my full recommendation for quality of workmanship, excellent value alongside their competitors and most importantly, for their great care insuring they deliver a product that meets or even exceeds their clients’ expectations.

We needed a rush job on a bronze memorial plaque with a photograph, also in bronze, for my wife's memorial dedication at our church. Impact got right on it ... INCREDIBLY quickly! Each step went super fast, right to and including production and shipping. Communications and customer support just could not have been any better! It arrived perfect, and two weeks before our deadline! :-) The photo, our biggest concern, turned out just great as well!

I received a response to my inquiry within a day and had contact with customer services via email through out the whole process. I got a quote with in two days. I was able to see the product from start to finish. The plaque was beautiful! We have used Impact signs in the past and will use them again!
