The Leadership Skills Development session was particularly impactful, providing clear insight into the distinction between leadership and management. It was valuable to explore my own values as a leader and to identify my personal leadership style, which gave me a stronger sense of direction and self-awareness.

This has been my favourite course to date. The tutor was highly engaging and knowledgeable, creating a supportive learning environment with an excellent balance of breakout sessions and interactive discussion. The structure ensured that concepts were clearly understood throughout, and I never felt uncertain or left behind.

I am confident that I will be able to apply the skills gained immediately, along with a clearer and more focused mindset. Overall, a highly effective and motivating session.

I have completed 2 courses via Impellus. Both tutors were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable in their subjects. The courses were interactive with group work and discussions, and also studies/listening to tutor.
Various topics provided food for thought and tools to implement this in my day-to-day life.

I attended the Leadership and Skills Development course yesterday hosted by Marc. Marc was a very engaging host and made the entire day enjoyable. The course documents we were issued were great and we were also given further reading material which was a lovely touch! Thank you very much.

Tutors are professional and knowledgable in each of their fields. Gained lots of insightful takeaways.

The training was very effective, and the breakout groups were particularly valuable in reinforcing learning. The well-timed breaks also helped structure the course effectively.

I am in the process of completing my L5 in Leadership and Management with David, I have completed 2 out of the required 3 modules and have found them extremely beneficial to both my own development and my practice. David makes the training interactive and interesting, which makes it easier to follow and enjoy.

I have taken 2 courses with Impellus and both times the trainer leading the course was clear easy to listen too and very helpful. They consistantely made sure everybody understood what was happening and made you comfortable. The 2 courses encouraged me to take a deeper look at myself and understand my strengths and weaknesses.

I found this training useful in relation to recognising the communication style(s) of yourself and others, and tailoring your approach accordingly. This was one of four ILM courses I completed and they have all been to a good standard.

I have recently completed my second course with Implellus . Both times with Mel . She has great knowledge and understanding for all types of business. I felt I come away with some great tools within our business .

The trainers are excellent at taking the courses. The break out rooms are a great opportunity to discuss scenarios with other staff in the same position. It's interactive and keeps you engaged.

I am taking the Team Management and Leadership – Professional Certificate (Level 3) with Impellus, and it is an excellent experience. The course content is clear, practical, and directly applicable to real workplace situations.

The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive, making the sessions engaging and easy to follow. I’ve come away with stronger leadership skills and more confidence in managing a team effectively.

The course covers approaches and perspectives that are useful for understanding people and seeing their perspectives. By giving frameworks for how people differ, it helps us communicate more effectively.

The online format worked really well, and enabled me to meet people from more varied backgrounds and I found this helpful also.

I recently attended the Finance for Non-Financial Professionals course with Impellus and found it really insightful.
Although the course is aimed at non-finance professionals, I came at it from a finance background and actually found it really useful from a different perspective - particularly in terms of how to communicate financial information more effectively to those outside of finance.
The session itself was very well run. The trainer was engaging and knowledgeable, and the use of real-world case studies made it practical rather than overly theoretical. I also found the group discussions valuable, hearing how others interpret and approach things added a different dimension to the learning.
Overall, a really worthwhile course and one I’d recommend, especially for anyone looking to better understand or communicate financial concepts in a more practical way.

I recently attended a time management and delagation course with Impellus, it was a really interactive day which I gained a lot from, I am looking forward to attending my next course in May!
