this company keep lying to me since 1st of September, i mad and order for specific day they lie about rates and didnt make the order and until now keep telling me lies about refund , i see from reviews they scammed alot of people so where is Kz police ?
Ordered 101 roses. After half a day of conversations company bait-and-switch to 41 roses for the same price. Company numbers are not reachable. Asked for money back, but money were never returned. Had to launch a formal complain with PayPal which takes a while In the end, poor service, bait-and-switch, lots of time wasted. Still waiting for money back.
Update. Contacted company again and they refused to refund. Dispute with PayPal went fine - PayPal refunded money. Many moons later company replies asking for an order number :)) Given that they cannot single out my order this is a systematic problem.

People, save your money. Order from different place.
So, I placed two orders online: one for my mom and another for my aunt.
They sent my mom's order to my aunt. And they did not even deliver my mom's order on time. The lady in the call center did not even apologize. The main number provided in the website did not even answer to my questions. No respect no shame. I placed the order online and payed with my credit card. I'm pretty sure that they think since they received money, it does not matter what kind of service to provide.
I can't express how much I'm disappointed.
