Don’t trust

Don’t trust this scam. Imagine you buy a store and the link doesn’t even work or activate? I reach out to the team they haven’t even resolved the issue in 2 plus weeks and instead have stopped replying back. I wouldn’t recommend, instead save the money and do something else with it

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT…

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY! I bought Niche store + 2 weeks ads management. They promise a 100% GUARANTEED REFUND if you get no sales after a week. I ended up getting no sales after a week and asked for the refund. However they refused multiple times to give me a full refund when it says all over their site "100% Satisfaction or Guaranteed FULL REFUND" or "Our Guarantee: make your first sale within a week or FULL REFUND" Please stay safe.

When the store arrived, I was amazed by the quality, everything was on point, from the branding to the product. I will happily purchase another store from here, as its well worth the money.

SCAMMERS!!!!

SCAMMERS!!!!! After I paid the service they send me an email after two days that my store is delivered. I didn’t ask for any store. I paid because I wanted my own store to be build. They take two weeks and hundreds of emails and they didn’t deliver anything. They refuse the refund at any cost. Fake advertising in order to fraud people’s cards. Stay away don’t believe they advertise and they reviews.

Word of warning

Just want to give a heads up to anyone interested in this company. I went in so excited. I read all of the reviews I could and genuinely thought it looked great! Well, they do not advertise that you are going to have to spend thousands more dollars than the initial bundle. My ads manager said it would be nice if I have 2-4 thousand in cashflow for this venture. This isn't clear until you get on a call with an ads manager and that doesn't happen very quickly. They also convince you to buy more video ads on the call to the tune of 500$. Their refund policy is only 24 hours. Even though i requested a refund within 24 hours, I did not receive it. They will steal your hard earned money. SCAM. Buyer beware.

Transparency is important to us, and we strive to ensure that all clients fully understand the costs and expectations from running a successful campaign. Anybody starting with dropshipping knows that they have to run some sort of advertisement to attract potential customers. We do not impose any budget limit on ads, our clients get started with as little as $10/day of ads budget.

Regarding the Video creatives, in our experience, after spending $5M+ in ads, the video creatives work a lot better than only image ads as they display the product in action and the pain it is going to take away if the clients buy that product. So videos are the best bang for the buck, if you do not want to spend hundreds of dollars in ads. So ultimately you save ads money by using videos instead of image as ad.

Regarding refunds, we process them in accordance with our refund policy. We issue a full refund if we fail to deliver what we claim or fail to make changes to your Shopify store or video creatives as per your will. We even issue the refund for any unused service if, at any point, you decide not to proceed.

In your case, after your refund request, it has been processed for all the unused services and you should've received a refund on the same payment method used to make the purchase. Please check with your bank if you haven't received it yet or reach back to us in case there is any issue.

With all the above things cleared, calling us scam feels unfair for all the hard work our team has done for you in winning product selection, website and videos creation, and ads management.

Beware of Imperial Ecom – Misleading and Unprofessional

imperialecom.com does not provide original ad designs—they simply copy and paste existing ads. The so-called "employees" are rude, unprofessional, and uninterested in genuinely helping customers. Their stores don’t actually include products; instead, you're left to find your own distributors to match the items they place in your store, which is not how they advertise their service.

My assigned "ad manager", Simon,keeps promising we'll launch next week but continuously delays while pushing additional services and upsells without actually delivering results. ive attempted to reach out to their "customer service manager" Joe who doesnt seem to care about my unsatisfactory service and has stopped replying to me about the issue. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and misleading. I would not recommend working with them.

I hope no one else fall for this

I hope no one else fall for this. If you're a small business owner with litte funds this is NOT the company for you. I asked for several tweaks to their services because of my target audience and my budget, before the purchase they promised that everything that I was requesting was possible, with hindsight I can tell you that the only good thing coming out of this gigantic loss of investments was the design of my store. Translatable? No. European suppliers? No. Awesome ads management for 8 weeks? No. Customer service has been great and helpful all the way except for my problems with ads management, that service has been a complete loss! 8 weeks in and not a single ad launched, I've just been fooled to buy more video ads that's never seen the light of day. Since I stated that I can't buy any more ads, neither my ads manager nor customer service answer my messages any more.

Service Customization: At Imperial Ecom, we aim to tailor our services to each client’s specific needs, including budget and target audience. I have double-checked with your dedicated ads manager, and found out that the ads were custom made for your preferred audience and geographical location. .

Localization and Suppliers: There was some confusion regarding the translation of your store into multiple languages for different countries, and European suppliers. Please be advised that translation of your store in any language requires another subdomain and a complete translation of theme code and images. That is basically equivalent to creating a new store for every language. Our team can do that, please reach out to us if you are still interested.

Regarding the suppliers, our stores products’ are connected to the supplier via Zendrop, they have multiple fulfillment centers in Europe to support our clients’ international needs.

Overall Experience: We regret that you feel your investment has not been worthwhile. We would like to rectify this and work with you to turn your experience around.

Refund doesnt work

I bought a one-product store and within 10hours noticed I made a mistake. So I wrote a refund paper to the 24/7 support team but still havent got an answer yet.
Please dont buy anything its a total scam!!!

Life-Saver

Let me begin by saying I am super happy I chose imperialecom to help me with my store/website. There's no way I could have did everything they did, neither did I want to lol, but I've learned so much in the process. Working with this company has forced me to learn something new and daring. I can say, I am better for it and more confident in myself. Anytime I had any concerns, questions or issues, Sarah was there for me. She always responded in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company. 🫶🙌

Imperial eCommerce is one of the best agency I have come across, because not only do they make starting your own Shopify business process easy and smooth. but they also help you with setup the ads, running them and optimized them for better results. And working with my ads manager Mariam so far the journey has been nothing but amazing, she is truly one of the best the level of professional you gonna get when working with her is beyond then what you would have expected. she went above and beyond choosing all the products for me which made the whole process efficient I cannot express how greatful I am to her she deserve to be recognize on her level of professionalism one of the best Sariam.

Tried with many different agencies…

I tried and failed with a couple of different agencies, losing more than $600+ dollars, but with imperial e-commerce, not only did I make my first sale within the first day of the ad campaign, and I also got guidance and steps through the entire process. I can’t thank the team enough.
