Vinny was an excellent driver, he called 10 minutes before we were due to meet to let us know where he would be. Couldn’t fault him at all, a credit to your business.

I hired a chauffeur driven wedding car from Imperial Ride. The booking was nice ans straight forward over the phone and the operator was very helpful. On the day, the car was perfect, very clean and the driver was very curteous.

After another driver pulled out because he had been 'pinged', at short notice I needed a car with driver to carry four people and some photographic equipment on a Sunday, the day of the London Marathon, to visit a sequence of charity events in Westminster.

The booking service was easy. The person setting up the drive was flexible, adaptable and engaged throughout the process.

Even better, the driver, Abdul, was brilliant. He was charming, nothing flustered him, he couldn't have been more helpful and he was solicitous for our every need. He was also very smartly turned out.

Having been let down by another company last minute- imperial ride came to the rescue my only regret is that I didn’t just book them in the first place. I recently booked my first ride with Imperial Ride in the Rolls Royce Phantom for my family and teen. The customer support was superb, and every question I threw at them, they answered! Our driver, Farooq, was extremely professional, and although he couldn't park directly outside our house, I received a call shortly explaining where he was parked. The drive went very smoothly without any delays, and I got the destination in a quicker time than I thought! Don't look anywhere else to book your chauffeur for any special occasion!

Our experience with imperial ride has been great.

We booked them to take our parents to The Savoy hotel in London for their wedding anniversary. The driver was so polite and lovely. There was traffic so the driver did arrive 45 minutes late and we was told that they would allow for traffic so this was slightly annoying but mum and dad were unaware so this didn’t affect their experience.

Would definitely recommend and would use again!
