I’ve fitted couple of Impey showers screens and trays in my home , the latest just over 10 yrs ago. The tech team were not only receptive to a hardcore DIYer like myself but also had a knowledge base beyond the install instructions that come with products.
On one occasion they accessed their factory stock to confirm a question ..and called me back with resolve.
Today over 10 yrs later, I had the same impeccable tech dept customer service for a replacement part on a life time Warrenty. Mike understood my problem and took time to check a discrepancy in part numbers before an immediate reply once I emailed pictures for confirmation. I’m astonished that a company this size has an accessible tech dept for those outside of major wholesale/ suppliers and can react to an individual customer enquiry so efficiently.
