I bought a perfume as a Christmas gift on Black Friday, it was supposed to be delivered on Monday. It is now Friday, and after multiple emails back and forth they say it is no longer available and I will need to wait 30 days to get my money back. Not only were their emails dismissive, their customer service person was completely unsympathetic to the situation and said wait for the money to come back and go to the store (who have stock of the product they say is not available). Do not under any circumstances buy online from this company. Their service is shocking!

I ordered a very expensive Dyson hair straightener with them. The device I received did not work and when I called them they could not give me any smart answer or active help.
I then called Dyson and they stated that I received a product that was delivered out in 2022! So for a high end price I received a 3 year old device.
Wow, just wow!! In a positive way I would describe this as negligence

My delivery was not correct and when I contacted Import Perfumrie there was a back and forth issue and they would not send the missing items that were paid for already. The second time I ordered I had my delivery sent to one of their stores, there was no follow up email stating that my order was ready for pick up. It was like my order just vanished. The staff in store was very helpful to resolve the issue and get my order to me. It wasn’t easy for them either to get through with the online customer support.

Fast delivery and interesting price.
Unfortunately, an article was canceled and unable to be delivered due to out of stock. However, when receiving the parcel, the article appears again to be in stock for sell... fishy

Unbeatable prices, many free samples, super fast dispatch and pretty packaging. Very impressed by Import Parfumerie service. Only discovered this website now, and they will be my first place to go when shopping.

I ordered a product for the first time, but there was something wrong with the delivery, so they sent me the same product again. It is really nice to be under coop and it is better if you have a coop Supercard. Their service is excellent and greatly recommend. However, I have to put 4. I wish they send a parcel via La Poste instead of the one they use.

I have been ordering from Impo 3 times by now.
The website works very well and it's easy to order, the free delivery comes always on time and I always have samples of perfume with my order.
Thanks to the tracking system I can always track my order and see when it arrives.

Product delivered was correct but...
1. sent to the billing address NOT delivery address
2. paid for overnight delivery, it took a week to be delivered
