Ordered shoes for a Christmas present from this website on December 9 2020, emailed them multiple times for the past two months and I’ve received very limited help. Even asked if it was a scam within the first month. They stated it was not a scam. Well today it shows that they completely canceled my order and took my money and the shoes never got delivered. Reporting this company through multiple sources for fraud. This store is a complete scam and I fell for it.

Ordered shoes here (April 2020), paid the shoes, never received the shoes. Contacted the shop, received bogus unusable shipping information with fake shipment ID. This shop is a hoax. they will take your money but never send you shoes. Do not shop here. You will loose your money and be forced to continue your life without shoes.

People are so naive in these reviews to actually think your going to get a authentic pair of £1000 shoes for around £100 come on guys smell the coffee. Bit of advice buy from footlocker,jdsports,adidas or Nike uk official sites. Avoid Chinese companies

I send my shoes back to them. This was a month ago.
I cannot get a refund until they receive them. But the delivery service says they will arrive in 3-5 business days. It had been 17 business days. So is don't recommend using this site at all.

So I just decided to randomly write this review about them all because I'm mad that I got my shoes and they were knock offs and than I tried to get a refund or whatever they wanted me to pay a fortune for shipping costs they said they would refund my money and for shipping, but the shipping is just the same amount as the shoes!! Plus I don't trust them in the first place don't buy from them unless you wanna be scammed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and I couldn't even write a review unless I rated it one, I would have rated them negative 0.... here's your review that you wanted Importafy I hope this makes you happy!

I ordered shoes almost 2 full months ago and they haven't even been shipped. I have emailed them multiple times, and they tell me each time they will mail them in 48 hours. This company is a joke and will not refund me. I have asked for a phone number so I could actually speak to someone and they won't give me a number. A spent over 150$ on my order and I will be proceeding with further action because this site is a SCAM. I have never written an angry review but I am over dealing with these people. I just want my money back and to speak with an ACTUAL person.

I absolutely love the product, it came in fast and with an amazing material. It looks just like the pictures and I'm soo in love with the pairs I got, the company is just really hood for the shoes and I DEFINITELY recommend it.

In my life, I have never left a bad review for a company. I understand things happen, but my experience with Importafy has been TERRIBLE. I ordered shoes from them on 9/24. Guess what has yet to arrive, or even be shipped! I’ve tried contacting them, and they were no help. They have already charged my card the full amount, prior to shipping. This timeframe is absolutely unacceptable. Do not order from here! Pay the extra money and get these shoes from Stockx or a reputable seller.

I have been waiting for my shoes for over a month now and i have emailed them and haven't got a response for a week now! This is disgusting customer service. Paid so much money for shoes they haven't even got yet! Ridiculous! I WANT MY SHOES!!!!!

I'm really happy with the shoes of Importafy. Quick delivery for the current situation and they have the best models of Nike! Definitely recommending them.

Mails are ignored until you threaten to take next steps. Wanted to cancel the package because it took too long to send, but suddenly they sent it quickly. Returned at my own expense and would be refunded including shipping costs. A month later no money, confirmation of the return received. Opened a dispute via PayPal and got the money back, now I'm still waiting for the shipping costs but they don't respond.. scammers!

I was nervous about buying shoes off of this website but did it anyways. I ordered my shoes on august 24 and haven’t heard anything since. My credit card was already charged and the cite said they should be here between 7-12 business days I believe? Now I don’t know what to do and will not be buying shoes off this cite

I received my shoes after long time. But I don't regret that I was waiting so long. I order at a very active time so it can happen and then there was also a problem at the boarder to Germany, but the shop managed all and I received my shoes. I'm so in love with them and they are so comfortable. I would like to wear them for work but there to special and gorgeous to wear them every day. But for very special days I love to wear them and all my friends gave me compliments because of my new shoes.

I would oder every time again and I don't regret anything I'm in love with my shoes.....
