the purchasing process was easy to understand and seamlessly implemented. i would have appreciated regular emails from the site updating the progress rather than having to log-in to check up on the status of my delivery. Nonetheless, a good experience all round.

They had what I was looking for. I've been looking for a remote for my old Marantz amplifier for years. Import it all had one. The ordering was a breeze and they regularly kept me up to date on progress. Their forecast delivery date was met. Tried the remote and works perfectly
