Complete scam

Complete scam. Ordered in June - over 8 weeks later I have not received anything. They sent 2 different tracking numbers for the same package (one was delivered to a completely different person/address and probably didn't originate from them either) and the other tracking number is "stalled" so if there is a legitimate package linked to that tracking number it hasn't moved in quite some time. Believe they are a big scammer - DO NOT BUY from them!

I’d NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN1 very poor customer service. You have to email them for a return address with in 15 days but they never get back to you witI ordered from this company 3/25/2020

I ordered from this company 3/25/2020 on line, didn’t get product till June 30,2020! It came way to late as it was a gift and the quality was poor! Wrote for return several times no replays. The ph. Number to contact them was a Physicians medical company and they said they had tons of calls looking for this company! I would never order from them again.
UPDATE;
I just got notice from PayPal that they have contacted the company and they agreed to a refund after I return the item. And they gave me the address to return it to, China! I was charged $5.99 for shipping & handling, My package was sent from NY and they want me to pay $67.00 to send it to China! The item I ordered only cost $39.00. That’s crazy, and what makes it worse is that PAYPAL knows this happens everyday and THEY ALLOW THEIR CUSTOMERS TO GET SCAMMED LIKE THIS! They are as guilty as the scamming sellers! So I will be closing my paypal account, as I only used them because they were supposed to be safer in situations like this, but apparently they are not!
My advice to anyone ordering on line is:
1. only use companies that list a phone number to contact them and call the number before you place an order.
2.Look for a physical address on their website.
3.Check for reviews on the company by imputing their name and review in your browser.
4.If the company checks out, only then place an order.
5.You Probably have more chances of getting help and your money back, from your credit card company if you have problems.
