Expertly carried out installation

The boiler installation was carried out quickly and expertly done all mess was tidied up and the use of the boiler was explained clearly.
The engineer was polite on time and a credit to the company.

Dean who fitted my new boiler went…

Dean who fitted my new boiler went above & beyond what was asked of him. The new boiler gave more pressure which, was needed, but the pressure was too much for the rubbish joints that had been put in when, the house was built. About 9 joints popped, causing me to paddle in the kitchen the morning after the new boiler was installed. Despite the issues with the joints not being Deans fault, he came back 2 days extra without pay to replace the joints that had popped. Dean came a long way too, from Manchester to Near Goole in Yorkshire, he’s a star.

Really impressed with this company

Really impressed with this company. Having had a total disaster with previous installers (simple heating services ) elite were a breath of fresh air.

They turned up when they were supposed to, kept me informed as to what was happening, phoned me up afterwards to check I was happy with the install.

The actual install was done by Mike, really nice guy, very knowledgeable about the install and work that was needed to be done .

All in all I would highly recommend this company.

I was really impressed with the young…

I was really impressed with the young lad that came to install our boiler , he explained everything he would be doing , and was very thorough, he also went through how to boiler worked and explained how to programme , or use manually , also left his mobile in case if anything we were unsure of, . Would definitely recommend your company to anyone Thanks again

Boiler fitters

Excellent service. Kept in contact with me throughout, informed me of their arrival time, good workmanship. Explained to my elderly mother how the boiler works and remained patient with her when she asked about the same thing over again. Cleaned and tidied up after they had finished. Would recommend this company.

Polite, prompt and efficient

Each person that I have had contact with was very polite and efficient: the engineer, the surveyor and the administrators. I have no hesitation in recommending this company if you need work on your boiler or a new one installed.

Took two visits to sort out couple of…

Took two visits to sort out couple of problems but all good in the end very pleased with new boiler glad I found this grant scheme has made us able to afford a new boiler thankyou

Time for 25+year old boiler to go

Had a total boiler system change getting rid of the Emerson heater and now having hot water 24/7! Big job which took over 12 hours but Dean and Chris are so hardworking and conscientious that they wouldn’t leave till everything was 100%. They are a credit to their profession and can’t recommend enough.

Boiler Replacement

The Boiler was fitted by Joe and his son Cameron ,they were on time and
We're very polite and friendly.
They did a brilliant job and left the house cleaner than when they arrived.
Would highly recommend the company,let down slightly by non arrival of surveyor due to mix up of paperwork.
