Tournament and Gaming - Top Drawer!
I attended a Blood Bowl tournament and bought a few items while in store.
Everyone was really helpful and friendly.

The friendliest FLGS!
The friendliest of friendly local gaming stores! Great guys, very knowledgeable about the game and paint lines they sell.
They're always looking for the best products for customers. The range of stock in their chosen lines and the excellent discount pricing are the icing on the cake really.
The community they've built is also amazing: plenty of table space, lots of gaming leagues from casual to tournament-style, and many people are happy to introduce you to a new game. I've seen the owners spend ages talking new gamers, or dads with kids, through the options to get started.
The location is perfect, just a couple of minutes off the Lincoln bypass.
This is, without a doubt, the best, friendliest gaming shop I've seen in 40 years as a hobbyist.

Great customer service
Were very quick to respond and resolve an issue with the courier (not the fault of Imps Gaming) and redispatch my order. Great customer service, split my order in two when one item was out of stock & were happy to add an item I had forgotten to my order with no issues.

Imps Gaming is very good
Imps Gaming is very good. It has a really solid range of MESBG models now, and plenty of paints and good advice. If only it has a machine that produced hot drinks, and mightier heaters in winter then I could actually live there, sustained only on Lilt and Monster Munch.
