Item never arrived, didn't respond to email. SCAM

never received. Just a bunch of excuses why it hasn't shipped yet.

Credit card was charged immediately after placing order and 5 days later still hasn't shipped. Called a cancelled order and did a charge back on my card.

Scam. Didn't receive the product after 3 months.

I ordered a Starprojector 2 months ago. Haven't received anything. I want full refund.

I ordered the fidget pen over six months ago still haven't received the pen. This website is a scam!!! Do not order anything from them!!!

I ordered an inferno wallet 19 days ago.
The order didn’t come yet and I didn’t get any info about my order.

I placed an order 2 months ago for a fidget pen received order reference but that’s about it. No further response with tracking information. I have sent a few emails for updates but no response. Definitely looks like a scam. Do not use site or order anything.

Missing stuff damaged it took 3 months for it to get to me

This is a scam. I bought a fidget pen about 3 1/2 months ago. It’s not arrived. I tried contacting the company multiple times and no responses for any emails. Don’t buy from them. Also, if you look at the items most of them are on sale for a really long time to get you to think you are getting a good deal. The amount of reviews on their items are the exact same amount for each item. I should’ve never purchased anything from them.

New review: Ok i changed my review from 1 to 3 because the order arrived after some time. The product is working fine. I will no review this higher becau the track number provided did not work and they did not answer my emails. I even ask for refund before receiving the order and noone answered. So my final review is that you will get the product but the orders systems work very poorly.

Fidget pen never came and can’t get through to company to get a refund. My son spent his own £20 on it so not happy at all.

Untrustworthy. I placed an order in May and the shipping status was updated to 'information provided to carrier' but the item was never shipped.

I tried contacting them via email and shop.com several times and received no response. I've now opened a dispute with my bank to request the transaction be cancelled.

Impulseneeds.com need to do a much better job at communicating with their customers and keeping people updated.

I'll never place an order with them again.

Ordered fidget pen and paid on 15th May 2022 still no sign of package and no reply to last 8 emails

No response to emails , no package for the fidget pen has arrived . No such tracking number either. A total scam. I have asked credit card to get money back which they will !! Thank goodness for credit carss who protect us from rip off companies like this. I should have checked here first.

Scam until today still waiting for my product , I paid then receive a tracking number thru text when you click tell you is an unknown sadly wanted for my son birthday so I have to paid again but this time thru Amazon a legit place but what about my payment then I contact customer service never responded so I lost my money with this scam website

Bought a Fidget pen and it arrived with some components missing. the pen does not do what it is intended to do and they did not reply my emails. I left several reviwes on their site and they kept deleting the review. Later found out that all of their reviews are fake and all the products have 16204 reviws exactly. Horrible Scam.
