Exceptional service very happy with everything. Our surveyor Glynn was known to the local estate agent and arrived at the property without any problems. He called me before going ahead with everything for a brief introduction which was very professional, the report came back the next day and was very thorough, couldn’t ask for any better really.

Amazing service. Very fast and efficient. Report received earlier then expected with detailed information. Most definitely the best price on the market.

Really great service came out within 3 days and price was very competitive. We met the surveyor at the property and he was very knowledgeable. He then followed up with the report which we felt was very informative and detailed and then followed up a couple of days later with a telephone call to discuss any points that we may have , where he answered all questions fully and clearly. Excellent professional service clear and accurate.

Booked a RICS Level 2 Survey & Valuation through iMyHome on a property we were buying, as it was a very competitive price compared to others we had received. I spoke to the surveyor the day before, asking if we had any specific concerns / anything we wanted them to look at specifically. We received the full, thorough report a week later.

Very pleased with the service, and I would use them again and recommend them to others.

I contacted IMyHome as I needed a level 2 survey on the house I am looking to buy.
I spoke to a very helpful chap, Harry, he explained the process they go through and advised me which product I would be looking for them to provide.
Through a series of phone calls and emails before and after the survey I was kept notified on the progress of the survey and they made sure all my needs were met.
I found using IMyhome was very easy and simple to use.

Phoned before calling to check if we were worried about anything and gave a very good detailed report

Horrible experience!!!!!! First time I have used them and the last time for sure. When I called to book Damp and timber specialist survey as required from the lender. I was told level 3 should include this. On the survey report it clearly says require damp and timer specialist. £600 went to drain. Called customer care spoke with “Harry” after explaining him. He said he will call me back and he never called back.

Really easy process, everything occurred as and when expected. Website can be slightly confusing but overall really good service.

Bad company, this company instructed a surveyor that didn't give us a proper report, this is going to cost us thousands of pounds to fix the issues raised, they are ignoring this, these are just agents that put jobs out to people, we have since got a second opinion from a proper chartered surveyor and they have agreed with us that the report was not correct, they missed a lot if major issues that should have been noted, anyone reading this please go to a reputable company.
