This company and sister company- Furnish my salon are scammers !
I did not receive my REM electronic bed.
I had to get my credit card company to sort it out . They had the nerve to say they had delivered the bed!
I believed everything that Ollie told me about my order. Shame on you, Ollie! Did you even have a 6 week old baby ( told me he had a 6 week old baby!).
Buyer beware!
Please do not order anything from them.

Cancelled my order due to lack of stock. Seems to be a common occurrence with this firm judging by other reviews.

I bought shampoo and conditioner - both arrived promptly and as ordered.

I am a freelance hairdresser and visit the shop every week for my colour products.
Their prices are cheaper than other places and staff and really helpful.

Absolute joke of a company! Took my money never gave me the product and didn’t have the funds to refund me!

Order placed on the 9th of March
17th of March issued a refund through PayPal with no notice. At the same time a price increase was noted on their website.
This morning I received an email from PayPal to contact the seller as they have not processed the refund properly.

Cancelled my order as the item wasn’t in stock despite showing as in stock online, similar to other reviews on here.
Waiting for the refund for the order.
Don’t waste your time trying to order - they don’t have stock.

I'm very unhappy with the service received from IMyselfAndMe. I made an order three weeks ago and I paid for 48 hour delivery. After one week, still no sign that the order had been dispatched. I phoned them up, and they promised to refund the delivery charge (hasn't happened) and that I would get an email regarding the order (hasn't happened). I made this order on the 27th February, it's now 14th March with still no sign or help. Please avoid.

I was nervous about ordering from somewhere new (to me). But I needn't have worried. The first pair of scissors I ordered were discontinued, got an email and a refund within days. I called to check availability of another pair, spoke to a lovely lady who said she'd check and call me back, which she did, very quickly. They were in stock, so I ordered them and received them 2 days later.
I would definitely shop here again.
Also, said scissors were £40 cheaper than other, more well known websites.

5* Amazing service!
I ordered an REM beauty bed (best price online by far) and when it arrived unfortunately it was faulty. I contacted I Myself and Me and they were quick to resolve the matter with the manufacturer immediately. They came and collected the bed and supplied a brand new one at the same time. Massive thanks to Ollie for sorting the issue out without any stress or hassle. Customer service and aftercare was second to none.
I would highly recommend the company and would definitely use them again.

Don’t buy. Took the money , said item was sent and then nothing. The tracking number was left off the email. I have emailed 3 times and also used WhatsApp, be warned !!!!!
They have emailed ( after receiving payment a week ago) to say the product is out of stock. They sent me an email to say it was in its way. Totally dishonest behaviour !!!!
It got worse!! I received a call saying the item would arrive the next day or after the weekend so I cancelled the replacement item I bought from another company. Next day I receive a refund as the item is out of stock !!!
I’m appalled. They exist but don’t seem to know what they are doing. !!

Great customer service and great hairdryer. Been on the look out for a new hairdryer since mine broke recently. I had so much help helping me to find the right one for me. Thanks so much. Highly recommend and I will be back!
