App updates causes ligths not to turn…

App updates causes ligths not to turn on. Login e-mail code takes very long time to be send. Very poor customer support. Chatbot does not have a "complaint" option and redirects to generic website without any actual support.

Deliverd in time and a wonderful product. I added two Smart Scope to my system. It‘s so easy - love it.

Don't know if the products are available. When it going to be shipped. Even online all of our orders say processing.

Everything smooth, as always. Excellent customer service, even proactively contacting me as they figured out through my order that I obviously ordered a wrong cable. Awesome!

This company's garden lighting system…

This company's garden lighting system was installed by a garden landscaping company 5 months and has never worked properly....the software/firmware is of an old concept design and just doesn't work it's hit and miss wether the lights switch on or not ...the hardware is of a robust quality so so complaints...

I have a much cheaper option in my front garden which totally out performs in-lite
