Misled by product specifications, customer support won't compensate
Purchased a USB hard disk enclosure directly from Inateck. However in their product specifications, they "forgot" to state that this particular product did not support TRIM (i.e. a crucial functionality to prevent wear down of SSD disks). I followed up with them after discovering this, and after my disk was already worn down significantly, hoping that they would send me an updated device firmware to fix this. However, not only they refused to provide me a firmware update, but they directed me to buy another product of theirs, with a "generous" 10% discount (!!!) And all this of course without acknowledging their "mistake" to omit lack of TRIM support in the original product specifications. This is not how a company should treat its customers.
