BUYER BEWARE! Horrifically disappointed to have paid $70 for what looks like a $5 cheap halloween costume dress that looks nothing like its advertised pictures. Their return policy is a joke with a confusing return shipping address (it was missing the postal code, which U.S. shippers require and customer support tried to tell me was not important to include?), and it costs way more to send it back to China than what I paid. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

terrible …….the dress is extremely poorly made and so overpriced for what it is. It cannot be worth more than $5-10 and it cost $65. It came mashed in a bag- all wrinkled—and did not really look like the picture in the company website. There were so many stray threads and the hems were poorly lined up. At this price point, there should’ve been a lining in the dress. I have never been so shocked at such crap. This is deceptive business practice. How is it even legal to represent a dress online that looks the a crap version when you receive it. Furthermore, Inaya-paris advertises their company as being in the United Kingdom and then when you get an address for return, you have to ship it to China! It is extremely expensive to ship to China and more than the cost of the dress! I feel cheated and deceived, and everybody should know how terrible this company is.

Awful! Please do not buy from here! The dress looked absolutely nothing like the photo. The return policy is a joke! I had to pay to send it back to China! Not worth it at all!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The dress arrived extremely late and in terrible condition. It was frayed at the ends, the top was completely see-through, and the lace was peeling in multiple areas. The fabric felt very cheap and poorly made.
When I reached out to start a return, I was told it was outside of the 14-day return window, despite the delayed delivery. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The worst, wasn't dispatched for a month, when it eventually arrived the size small was more like an extra large, too wide, too long and very disappointing.

The dress we ordered was not as pictured. The sizing was wrong and it was see through. Sent 5 emails requesting help to get a refund but never got a response. Do not order anything from this company. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. I am now out the money and am stuck with a crap dress that is completely unwearable. Return period is 14 days. This company is terrible.

It doesn't matter if you follow their return instructions. They never respond.

I honestly wish I could give zero stars. It’s not the fact that the dress was bad, but I wanted to exchange it for a different size. I emailed the email that was noted in the refund/return section, multiple times, and never heard a response back. And now a dress that I could have given four or five stars to now deserves zero because the company is shit.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I do not normally leave reviews unless I have an exceedingly positive experience. The dresses I ordered for my daughter are too big, and I have been contacting the company once per day for the past week without any response. You cannot initiate a refund without emailing them first, so there is no way to return if they don't respond to you. This is a horrible way to treat customers. I am now out $120 at a time when everything is terribly expensive. No integrity.

I blame my self for not checking the comments before. Quality is sh###, it comes all the way from China. There is nothing about Paris or London of course. And client service stopped answering when I said i won t to return the dress.

I wish that I could disagree with the rest but I did not have a good experience. One of the four dresses I purchased was ok. One of the dresses I ordered in a large and it did not even fit my 5’4” 115 pound daughter. Didn’t bother to ask to return based on the experiences of other reviews. Not wasting my time. Dresses especially the sparkly ones are EXTREMELY misleading on the site.

Sent me a dress that was UNWEARABLE. the whole bottom was sewed shut, you couldn’t even step into the dress. Then when I reached out for a return they ignored all my emails. I’ve gotten my lawyer involved now, this is a SCAM site. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

There’s a lot saying dresses are bad but I was extremely happy with mine however you do need to pay attention to measurements under the size charts which is why I went up one I think then my usual. Fabric could’ve had another layer along upper body for the dress or more opaque material. Not the best quality but not terrible so happy with price I paid and it still looks amazing

It’s was so bad , it’s only fit for small boobs and I pick the size i normally wear and not able to return it and it’s not correct

It was so bad I couldn’t get in contact with anyone. I emailed them multiple times. I didn’t get my package. This is terrible and I didn’t even get my money back.

I've sent 3 emails now to try and return my unworn dress that was too small and haven't had one reply.... AVOID

The dress fell apart as soon as my daughter put it in. We bought it for her formal, as soon as she put it on the mesh disintegrated. A very sad, and stressed young lady.
