Had a great experience with inbellished, I was stuck for getting my wife a birthday present and a ad popped up on my socials , turns out she was in my area at the time so I booked a time slot and surprised my wife ! There was so much to choose from the lady was really helpful and polite , my wife will definitely be going back with her mum as she loved her bracelet so much! , I think I earned some browny points this birthday lol definitely recommend great service!

My husband bought me a voucher from my children. Whilst I didn’t care about the money, the customer service was awful. Took nearly a year to get a refund & then they took a large amount off for an ‘admin fee’ which is a joke considering how much time I wafted. I wanted something sentimental from the children but after all the issue & being ignored several times, I’m glad I didn’t have something permanent attached to me associated with this company. Awful & wouldn’t recommend.

Thank you for your feedback, though I must admit I find it surprising to receive this review several months after the situation was resolved.
To clarify, your voucher was valid for 12 months (of which I would have extended if required) - a full year of opportunities to book an appointment. I was available in your area during 10 of those 12 months and maintained regular communication to try and accommodate your availability. Unfortunately, I cannot control when someone chooses not to book, despite multiple opportunities being offered.
Although our policy clearly states that vouchers are non-refundable, I still issued a refund as a gesture of goodwill due to your ongoing messages. The admin fee covered merchant charges, postage, packaging, materials and time spent managing the situation, which, while not ideal, was necessary given the circumstances.
I completely understand wanting something sentimental from your children, and I’m sorry this experience didn’t turn out as you’d hoped. I do my very best to support my customers, especially with something as meaningful as permanent jewellery, and it’s disheartening to receive this review after so much effort was made to accommodate your situation.
