No app and no account: you pay on our website by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link or a local method like BLIK, Bancontact or Pix, and the QR code with a one-tap install link arrives by email in about a minute. The shop, your ticket and every mail come in ten languages. Your ticket page shows the data left and the day it runs out at your pace. We email you at 80% used, when your data is going unusually fast, at 10% left and before the last day. If you gave a flight date and the eSIM is on your phone but has not connected a day later, we write to you first with the fix. Every pack page lists the fine print in plain lines: when the days start, speed, hotspot and what happens when the data is used. We never call a plan unlimited. A person answers support at hello@inboxesim.com, any hour, usually within minutes. There is no chatbot. Refunds go back to your card, never as store credit.
