Order cancelled late

Ordered a TV bracket at 6am. It took them until 2pm to tell me they had no stock and had cancelled the order. No apology, just that they'd cancelled it. Now I can't get another one in time. Had they told me at 9am I could've got one. Dreadful customer service and you can't trust their website when they tell you something is in stock.

Quick dispatch of correct items

I could see from emails that the items I ordered were dispatched quickly, and the correct items were received.

The only annoyance was that, having paid extra for next day delivery, Inbrackets used Evri couriers, who are very unreliable in my area and took over 48 hours to deliver. I appreciate this is down to Evri, it is not Inbrackets’ fault. I would prefer Royal Mail or Parcelforce to be selectable when I am paying for delivery.

A great service

A great service , and helpful company, the order was out for delivery very fast but the courier Evri let them down by delivering the item later than the delivery date.
