It was a great deal to get 1/2 price tickets for Margaritaville in Osage Beach....

If i could give zero stars I would, ordered a certificate for discounted stay at hotel in Indian Rocks Florida, this also includes attending a 2hr time share presentation. Ordered on 2/8/22, said 7-10 days to receive. It is now 3/22/22. Received 4 can messages so far, last one said 15-20 business days.Guess what is been 29 business days thus far. DON'T BOTHER DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, THIS IS THE 2ND TIME DEALING WITH THIS BULLCRAP SHAME ON ME. NEVER AGAIN

Is 3 months not long enough to get an order. $113 and I get nothing. I send emails and get that it's the Holidays. Sorry Holidays are OVER. I cannot get a live person and no one will provide a phone number. I want my money back!

This is ridiculous! I ordered on 11/12/2022 and still waiting. I still get messages saying it's the Holiday and they are running behind in responding. No, Holidays are over. It is not 2/14/2022, three months later and I cannot get a response.
Buyers beware!

These people suck. I have never been able to sign in to even try to use their certificate. When I write to them, they get back to me with a message that requires me to sign in to see the message!

It’s Jan 14 and I am still waiting for my deal to arrive l ordered
on Nov 4. I contacted Incentrev in Dec and was told to be patient. My patience has run out. I need a refund or a valid certificate. Order number 807807224002019.

This company handles gift certificate sales for WNEM TV5 Better Deals. I purchased a half-off gift card as part of one of WNEMs promotions. My account was deducted the amount but I received an error message saying something went wrong. I did not get any confirmation or gift card. I emailed them Dec 2. It has been 20 days without a response and today I got an email that they purged my inquiry and I needed to submit it again. I have yet to even get a response from a person.

I ordered a restaurant gift certificate from my local tv station. Never received an email confirmation NOR the gift certificate. However they didn’t mind charging my credit card for 28.75. After repeated emails and phone calls, there is no response. There is no hope of even talking to anyone. Money lost!!! Will never do business with them again. You shouldn’t either, unless you like giving your money away!!!

I ordered tickets to the zoo. I had some problems with the form. In the end they tacked on an additional certificate that I did not order which cost me another $28.75. They told me they could not refund my money they took out of my account so I filed a stop payment & discrepancy with my bank. My bank denied my claim but IncentRev had me return the $50 certificate back to them. They have not refunded my $28.75 which I did not agree to give them. I have been going back & forth for over 6 months. They are keeping my money & the certificate. I’m going to have to contact the BBB & file a claim with small claims court.

I have requested a response six times for a response and still have had no luck.
I purchased 8 vouchers and received 4 - There is no way to contact an actual person to get this resolved

This order was placed on January 13, 2021 and I’ve repeatedly asked the company to look into why I haven' received my stamps x 4 ($43.96) and replace or refund the broken soap dispenser ($15). Customer service is the worst. I need them to resolve this problem. Why for instance can’t they mail the 4 - Patriotic Spiral Forever First Class Postage Stamps 20-Pack? What is happening????? Them going to the vendor has obviously not helped because I have heard nothing about the stamps. They wanted pictures of the broken part of the soap dispenser. After that…NOTHING! HELP

I heard about them last October on my local radio and got one half off restaurant voucher. It came four days or so later and we were able to get takeout. No issues.
In November, I bought another voucher but this time it took about three weeks to arrive...hence the 4-star rating. Nonetheless, we were able to get takeout without any issues. Just today, I've purchased three more from different restaurants

Do not order you will never get anything and no response!

My local radio stations promote these guys' certificates from local companies. two years ago I won some certificates from the radio station. The vendor would not take them as advertised (like a gift certificate and would not use more than one per transaction even though that isn't what it says) and refused to use them at all after a few weeks. I had also purchased some at the same time. That company went out of business the next week. I got in contact with Incentrev and let them know. Their guarantee is to refund your money. I was given the run around and never even received a full refund. It was just $5 difference but not worth my time to keep interacting with the extremely rude and indifferent owner of the company (I wouldn't be surprised if this is not a one man operation).
This year I saw a deal I couldn't pass up and thought I'd give them another chance. I never received the order. It wasn't even on my recorded orders on the website. But they sure took my money from my credit card! I requested a refund and never heard back from them. I had to dispute the charge on my card. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They screw over consumers and the companies that advertise with them. The way they operate their business is illegal. The sell certificates and do not guarantee/back them up even thought they say they do (false advertising). They trick local companies into "free" advertising, but force these companies to give away their services. I have had several companies tell me that Incentrev continued to offer their certificates beyond what they agreed to. I have had two bad experiences with them and there won't be a 3rd.

I purchased a vacation getaway on 07/10/2020 to wildwood nj.. 2 days pass when gov. Wolf declared a mandatory 14 day quaranteen for anyone leaving pa, (my trip was only for 5 days), & another 14 day quaranteen when coming back into pa,(not possible). I reached out to incentv on 07/13/2020 via email to request a refund, auto-reply said someone would get back to me in a few days, no reply, this went on for 3 more times, someone named"joe" finally replied to my emails stating he forwarded my info nd that i would hear from them soon. Never happened, it literally took them 4 minutes to deduct my account hundreds of dollars and to date i am still waiting...there is no # listed and the links to contact them are all broken, so it is literally impossible to reach them any other way besides email! I am literally days away from contacting state attorney general to file a complaint! Do yourself a favor and stay away from these people! You do not need this kind of headache, you've been warned!

I bought one of Incentrev 's half off deasls, only to find out later, that the voucher was only good in Atlanta GA, but I live up north in Ohio

and they will not respond to any emails that I've sent over the past 2 months, and when I do email them - I get a bounceback to allow 24 hours, and there is a LINK - that does not work.

MERCHANDISE NEVER ARRIVED. Ordered KN95 face masks. They were advertised as being in stock and would be delivered that week. It is 6 weeks later and still have not arrived. I have contacted the company 3 times on their website and they have not replied. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They keep your money and do not ship the product ordered. They do not respond when you try to contact them.

I paid $66.75 for "1/2" price) golf certificates that would have cost $60.00 if I bought them at the course. Contacted IncentRev and they responded "We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Bottom line.....Do not give them any money.

Managed to screw a 70 year old retired police officer out of $50. Order somehow doubled from intended amount for discount certificates at a Lake Charles restaurant. "Service" site did not want to hear my story. When I saw that double was charged on my bank account I immediately emailed incentrev. Three or four days later I was told that that's what I ordered and they would not cancel the extra nor return the overpayment. There is no "service" at this company.

They sold me gift certificates to an escape room that were good for 3 years. 3 months later the escape room closed and they would not refund my money. They said they would exchange my order but only for more gift certificates which of course they did not have any I was interested in nor any selection based on what I had purchased in the first place. Will never buy from them again
