I use 2 vps from Inception for a few months now and everything is running very fast and smooth.

Over the past year, my Ryzen VPS at Inception Hosting has been fast, reliable, and trouble-free. I don't remember having any downtime at all. The network speeds are above average.
I can't comment on tech support, because I've never had to use it.
Recently renewed this for another year.

They've been around for years, so I am more than comfortable trusting his offerings.

For normal service, they're second-to-none in the smaller service market. They can help you with the majority of necessities to migrate services, let you know who to contact for issues they can not handle, and will even sit there for hours to migrate a service fault (if necessary).

They're constantly expanding and upgrading service packages. I can't say enough about this dedication. Thanks for being there!

I can't judge small companies like this.
They're small, they do cheap services, they trying to survive under strong push from corporations, and they doing it well. You can use it.

The support is magnificent. Anthony really knows how to attend to customers' needs. He is very professional, friendly, helpful and hard working.

We needed a stable service in several locations for remote monitoring. We picked Inception's service in Italy as it was a good fit.

Anthony is super friendly, everything just works out of the box. No issues. I can definitely recommend.

Very happy with their services, very cheap (almost unbelievably) whilst still maintaining good server performance. I can't say much for their support since thankfully I haven't needed to contact them regarding my unmanaged service yet, :)

Ordered a server, worked fine, until I cancelled it. I cancelled it just over 1 month prior to the renewal date, received an email from them confirming that the service was cancelled. Then on the renewal date I received an invoice. I contacted them requesting my money back, they said I hadn't cancelled my paypal agreement (nothing of this mentioned in the confirmation email) and although the service was ended by now, so they had my money for no service, they refused any refund.
Whilst sharing my experiences with Inception on a forum someone who claimed not to work for Inception seemed to know a lot more about my data than someone not involved with Inception would. When asked where he got the information from he said 'Some private thread on LET, but I will leave it to the provider to say something' (the reference to this forum has had to be removed since it was disputed by Inception Hosting as being 'promotional references or links to other companies or websites that aren’t directly related to your buying or service experience' despite it being relevant to my service experience). I will leave it to you to make any inferences as to how Inception Hosting treat your data.

Having been a customer since 2014, I’ve been impressed with the support (friendly and fast), the uptime, the performance and the price of the services from Inception Hosting. They’ve only continued to improve with time.

Host seems good however i had an issue where i could not use my account without verifying my address with documents (due to an error when creating the account) thus i have been issued a refund, will update here when i receive the refund however overall situation was dealt with in under a few hours which i consider it to be legitimate and trustworthy.

I've been using InceptionHosting for several months now and can recommend it to anyone. The servers are reliable, everything just works, and for my purpose (running several websites and a mail server), they offer brilliant products for the price. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

This is one of the best companies I've been working with. I have a premium VPS for a really really low price, bought on Black Friday of 2016. 6GB RAM / 100 GB HDD / 4TB BW. Amazing.

Both my 'regular' OpenVZ box as well as my LES boxes are running great! Of course the latter isn't as powerful and great as the first one, considering the low price I pay for those (Anthony probably has zero profit on those guys), it's still pretty awesome. Every time I have some problem, one e-mail to Anthony and he'll do his best to help you. Great guy, great services, great company. I hope to stay at Inception Hosting for quite some time :-)

I have had a LES vps from them for about 4 moths now and I have not had any issues whatsoever. they are the cheapest provider that I have seen. so keep it up.

I've been using Inception Hosting for around a year and a half now, and have to say that my VPS with them has been one of the most stable VPSs I've owned, despite it being the cheapest.

I started out with 1 NAT VPS in their UK location in May of 2016, and was amazed at the quality of service that I was receiving for a product so cheap, and amazed too at the efforts that were put into to keeping a non-SLA service running as stable as it has been. Based on the uptime monitoring software I'm using, the VPS has had an uptime of 99.99388% since I started monitoring it, which is pretty impressive for a service costing under 5 euros a year.

Whilst there have been a few issues a long the way, such as location changes, InceptionHosting have always done a great job communicating with clients & letting them know ahead of time what's going on - transparency at this level is something that I really appreciate in hosts.

Since that stage, I now have 5 VPSs with InceptionHosting - 1 in each of their low end spirit locations, all of which are performing amazingly well for the price I'm paying. InceptionHosting would now be one of my go-to hosts for anything I needed high availability for based on the efforts they go to keeping a low to no profit service running at the standards that they have done.

I have used this host for many years in many locations. They always have good deals and work hard to make everything just right. I rarely have a problem, and if I do they are right on top of it.

Always a pleasure to work with professionals looking to give a little back to the community as well. This is one company that is for real and works hard to maintain excellence.
