I ordered the robot puppy and paid $35.31 but never received it. I emailed their customer support and they replied by sending me their tracking report that stated it was delivered on Fed 12, 2025. IT WAS NOT DELIVERED TO MY MAIL BOX. I emailed them again but have not received a reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Someone hacked into my Facebook, ordered something from these guys, when I was alerted I emailed them asking them to cancel the order as I was hacked and didn't place the order. Instead of canceling. They sent me an email telling me to just keep it and try it. They're sure I'll like it. THAT'S not the point here!! What kind of customer service is this?? I've advised you that I was hacked and reported this as fraud to the cc company. And now you send me the item anyway??? RIDICULOUS 👎👎
I was also pleased with the attached customer service. They were quick, considerate, and very helpful. Packaging was secure, protecting the earrings well. The earrings themselves were stunning. Many compliments came my way due to these earrings. Even after wearing the earrings all day, I experienced no discomfort. Fast shipping was a welcome surprise.
