I would like to thank two wonderful…

I would like to thank two wonderful women...who helped me alot in doing an upgrade for a laptop...Tanya and Hanneh from the gateway branch...Tanya as been very helpful and very polite and understanding through the process of doing my upgrade...Hanneh helped me so much with my paperwork explained every detail...itz such a pleasure to have true honest people like this...in life itz not about a job title but about the person you are that makes every job enjoyable...thank you girls for your amazing help...

Customer service sucks when they have to help solve a problem.

So in December 2025 I went to Incredible Connection looking for a Ps4 controller, but they didn't have a genuine Sony Ps4 controller in stock, so I bought the generic white Titan controller with a 1 year warranty. So in February/March it has an issue mind you I am a casual gamer, so I go back to the store tell them the controller is giving me trouble with one button. So they start the process, but the biggest issue is they have been dragging their feet this whole ordeal.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Incredible Connection Centurion. From the moment I walked in, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful.

A special thank you to Lucia, Maria, and Themba — your support was truly phenomenal! You went above and beyond to assist me, answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire process seamless and enjoyable.

It’s rare to find a team that is this knowledgeable, attentive, and committed to excellent customer service. I left feeling confident in my purchase and genuinely appreciated.

Highly recommend this branch — 5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I will Not recommend it to any one on…

I will Not recommend it to any one on planet earth to buy from Incredible Connection Online. They are Not Professional at all, everything Is a lie. I placed an order and time for delivery I will receive a message every morning that my order is out for delivery, and receive nothing.I am still waiting for an order that went out for delivery 5 days ago and No one knows where my order is.

There is No communication or updates from the unknown couriers they are using. I mean we buy expensive stuff for the crap they are using. The Customer Support is even worse they are either clueless or trained to lie to us.

Bad Very very bad ....beyond bad Service 👎

Completely useless

Completely useless. Been waiting over 9 business days for their
supposed 2-5 day delivery. Its a powerbank and keyboard. Not the moon. Its not rocket science. You try escalate. No supervisors on duty. You complain, you get a ticket number and no response. In store are useless. You have to call help centre that cannot help. Never again.

I had a Wow!

I had a Wow! Today at the Incredible Connection in Bloemfontein (Mimosa Mall).

The Technical Support Consultant is just a superb and incredible professional, quality service oriented and very competent.

The general atmosphere in this establishment is friendly and welcoming.

Wow! Very much appreciated.

Worst Customer Service EVER!

Incredible I have to say, you guys are the pits! Placed an order online on the 27th of February with the promise of 2 to 5 working days for delivery. Today is the 11th of March and I sit empty handed after more than half a dozen calls, messages and emails. Not even a legitimate answer as to where my order is. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN! Nor will I recommend it to anyone. Zero ownership of your mistakes and your customer service is absolute shit! I will be leaving a bad review on Hello Peter and any other platform I can find as to warn others of your terrible business ethics.

Stay away from incredible connection…

Stay away from incredible connection online, they delivered a damaged gas heater, now iam stuck with it since I cannot return it, I’ve even went to their shop in Brooklyn mall and they are just as useless as the online ones. The level of incompetence is shocking. This is the second time I have to go through this with them. Their return process is so so *****. I’ve spent almost R500 of petrol and airtime trying to return this. Iam still stuck with it. Never again.

Great customer service from Thabang

I drove all the way to Incredible connection Menlyn park store again today because of the good customer service I received from Thabang. Today I had the pleasure of getting help from him again, and I must say I walked out of the store very happy with my purchase. Keep up the good work Menlyn!

Crap online service

Crap online service. First delivered a broken stove. Took three weeks to phone me back. The delivered a used camera lense protector and refused to collect it while we dont live near a shop.

I had the best service experience from…

I had the best service experience from Festus Panduleni at the Mall situated in Walvis Bay.
His knowledge of the product ( Samsung TV) as well as the extra mile he went to assist me was incredible.
Festus is an absolute asset to the company. Please take good care of him.
