An amazing experience lived through our friend Yogendra. It was a complete tour of the wonders of Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, and Varanasi, with outstanding guides and expert drivers. We spent two weeks between Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh; more than an holidays it was an emotional journey that we will forever cherish in ours hearts, as we await our next tour to discover other regions of India: a land of intense colors, the scents of spices, and superb food, but above all, of a peoples extraordinarily open to others and a humanity we had never experienced as Europeans. The trip was a crescendo of emotions from Delhi to Jodhpur, passing through Pushkar, Jaipur, Agra, and finally Varanasi, which overwhelmed us with material and spiritual beauty.
Yogendra organized every detail with extreme meticulousness, always there to support us with our every need. He opened his home to us, allowing us to discover the flavors and aromas of India. The hotels he booked for us were always beautiful, clean, and convenient for the places we visited. Ram, our driver, was a true pilot, able to navigate fluently the traffic of thousand of tuc-tuc, cars, people and animals without any risk. He kept us entertained for the many kilometers we traveled.
The staff-guides were professional and completely engaged us in their narration.
We immediately felt at home, enveloped in the emotions of this spirituality that we had never experienced anywhere else in the world. It was the most beautiful trip of my life, and I can't wait to continue discovering this extraordinary land and its even more extraordinary people, certainly with the services of Incredible Heritage India Tours! We chose to entrust our 16-day tour of Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh to Yogendra Singh Yodhana of Incredible Heritage India Tours, and it was the best decision we could have made. From the very first moment, Yogendra proved to be extremely professional and competent in organizing everything according to our wishes. In addition to the hotels, he arranged for an exclusive guide to help us experience the best of each stop, city after city. In Jaipur, he invited us to his home for dinner with his wonderful family, and meeting him in person confirmed his great personality. Special mention goes to our driver, Mr. Mahaveer: always punctual, helpful, an expert and safe driver, but above all, fun. After so many days together and so much laughter, he is a true friend whom we will miss very much. Thank you, Mahaveer! And another thank you to Yogendra for making this a perfect experience!

We had an overall wonderful experience with this tour operator in India, and the main reason for that is Yogendra, who is truly an exceptional person. From the very beginning, he was always available, kind, professional, and genuinely caring. His wife is also a fantastic woman, and together they made us feel supported and safe throughout the entire trip.

Yogendra is a person of great integrity and kindness. Whenever a problem arose, he acted immediately and responsibly, always putting our well-being first. For example, when I had an issue with my credit card, he personally took the time to help me, bringing me to several ATMs in Jaipur and trying every possible solution without ever complaining. This level of dedication is rare and deserves special mention.

Unfortunately, we did have two negative experiences, but it is important to underline that none of them were caused by Yogendra, and in both cases he handled the situation in the best possible way.

The first issue involved one of the drivers, who stole a significant amount of money from my travel companion. As soon as Yogendra was informed, he immediately refunded the exact amount without hesitation. This clearly shows his honesty and professionalism.

The second unpleasant experience happened in Jaipur with a local guide. We had an elephant experience planned, but we decided not to ride the elephants and instead only wanted to care for them and feed them. The guide initially told us that this activity was not included and that we had to pay extra. He then gave us several contradictory and false explanations, clearly trying to keep the money that Yogendra had already given him. Once we contacted Yogendra, the guide suddenly changed his story and brought us back to the elephant sanctuary. Once again, Yogendra handled the situation promptly and correctly.

Additionally, on the first day in Delhi, the guide also tried in some way to get extra money from us, which was disappointing.

In Ranthambore, due to bad weather, we were unable to do the safari. Once again, Yogendra proved his fairness by refunding us without any problems.

In conclusion, Yogendra and his family deserve a 10/10. He is truly the heart of this tour operator: reliable, honest, always available, and deeply committed to his clients. Unfortunately, some guides and drivers did not meet the same standard, but thanks to Yogendra’s constant support, every issue was resolved.

We stayed 8 days in India and all had been perfectly organised by Yogendra. All tours, our italian guides and our driver Mahavir had been amazing. Everythings we needed, Yogendra was always avaliable 24 hours. Dinner at Yogendra'home with his family was marvelous . This is the most value of Incredibile Heritage India Tours. We raccomande Yogendra. He is simply the best!!!

We don't usually travel with unknown agencies, but this time we made an exception, having stumbled upon Incredible Heritage India Tours and read the travel reviews of those who have relied on them in the past. And we were right, because they immediately made us feel at ease, adapting to our needs (promptly and with the right advice) the itinerary hypothesis, now offered as the "Best of North India".
It was an intense but memorable 22 days, despite the fact that the timing was certainly not ideal for our first trip to India (but we knew that). Compared to other travels organized by local agencies, the difference was made above all by Yogendra, who constantly monitored our itinerary, solving small problems and quickly rescheduling the daily activities when necessary. In this way, without further thoughts, we were able to immerse ourselves in the surprising Indian reality, so different from our own, visiting extraordinary places and sites.
Looking back on the trip, a heartfelt thank you goes to our thoughtful driver Ram for his patience and helpfulness during the 16 days we spent together. Thanks to the local guides, who were able to enrich our experience everywhere. Thanks also to Sandeep, who in Varanasi, with the Ganges in flood, acted as our guide, taking us to even unscheduled destinations.
