Yesterday was my last visit with Chatan who has helped me with both hands which were becoming immobile. Without his help my hands would be stiff and painful. I now have hand and wrist that are stronger and will become more so with the exercises I need to keep up. Thank Chatan working with you and receiving physio from you has helped me so much. I would recommend this service to all.

Excellent service. Had a damaged achilles tendon and needed treatment over a two month period. Great treatment and exercises via an app, with useful tracking and videos.

Professional throughout and the physiotherapist was very knowledgeable. Before each appointment, I would get a text message to remind me of the time which I thought was quite neat. Definitely saw progress with each session as the pain gradually eased off. Overall no complaints and would certainly recommend it.

Amazing service! Booked through my private insurance, had no issues and Shweta was an expert! Fixed my sprained ankle in no time!

Shweta was amazing. Week 1 and I had pains, bruising and swelling in my lower left leg and ankle and in the base of my spine (from a car accident). She very quickly identified the problems and with a mixture of ‘hands on’ manipulation and targeted exercises, the pain has gone in both areas after only a little over 4 weeks. Lots of great advice too and the app with the exercises had videos etc to show exactly what to do. Would 100% recommend. Very much appreciated.

I was referred to Independent Physio following a back injury and the treatment that I received from Chetan was superb. Very considerate, professional and effective in determining what was wrong and in facilitating recovery.

Chetan is very skilled at his trade.
He takes time to really understand your issue and is very good at deep tissue therapy. Any more physio requirements I’ll be going back to Chetan, no question.

Excellent service. Appointments were very well managed with DM reminders before every session. Chetan did a great job in treating my tennis elbow. Just what I needed.

Very professional, I had whiplash and was in quite a bit of pain, had physio here and it was amazing, the pain stopped after 2 session, they gave me advice and showed me techniques to improve the strength in my neck going forward.

I had a fantastic experience with my physio sessions. I was offered tangible help and advice, as well as hands-on treatments that worked.
