I discovered Independent Trading Co through my company's merch. I ordered some sweaters and was eagerly awaiting their delivery. However, FedEx didn't properly deliver and the sweaters were lost in transit. I contacted customer service to ask for a replacement, but that unfortunately did not happen. I wish Independent Trading Co would have shipped a replacement as a gesture of goodwill.
