We've ordered two custom houdini harnesses now from indi-dog - one of which was nearly 7 years ago and the harness still looks like new after washing! All the hardware is still fully intact too and that harness has taken a real battering over the years 😂. They can take a while to prepare and ship your order as a small business (took about a month from ordering to arrival for our most recent purchase), but communication from the seller was great when I reached out to them for order updates (recommend contacting them via WhatsApp for a swifter response). Their harnesses are well worth the wait - a lot more robust and long lasting than their more expensive and well known market competitors, and lots of customizable options. I don't think we'd go anywhere else for any future dogs we might own ☺️

Excellent quality. Strong, safe, can highly recommend and I would buy another one.

Great product, would highly recommend, they look great on our Manchester terrier’s. Only downside was the length of time we had to wait for delivery otherwise it would be 5 stars.

Update 30/09/24 - despite repeated messages to the company, they seem to be studiously ignoring me. I still do not have the harness I ordered that is suitable for my dog. Currently considering my next steps / options. Avoid.

Communication is efficient & helpful right up to the moment you part with your money. I ordered a harness & was told delivery would be max 3 weeks, which is absolutely fine, it's a handmade product. I chased at 4 weeks as heard nothing... told it was definitely coming out that week. 2 weeks later, still nothing. Chased again, heard nothing but did get a parcel in the post. Unfortunately what I was sent was not what I ordered & I tried to make contact by website, email, WhatsApp & finally Messenger when I got a short reply offering a solution. I accepted the solution but heard nothing, so chased timescales for resolution. I've heard nothing.
Life happens, mistakes happen, it's how you deal with that which makes all the difference. Sadly communication has fallen a long way short of what is reasonable.
Irrespective of the product I would not recommend the company and will not buy from them again.

The product is amazing and I am very happy with the Houdini harness for my whippet. The shipping and postage took longer than estimated on the website.

Once I received the harness, I was really pleased with it. However, need to give it 4 stars due to how long the turn around was. I placed the order on the 27th May and didn't receive the order until 13th July. I did contact the seller on several occasions but they weren't always the quickest to reply. I appreciate they're a small business, and like I say the harness is great! But communication could have been better.

Ordered a patterned Vari fit Harness and two Houdini straps in early May and paid in full.
Come July (12 WEEKS LATER) and I'm still not received my order. Have emailed various times, only to be told that fabric which I requested for the Verso Harness has still not arrived with Indi-dog,
Houdini Straps not sent even though they were plain.
Decided to cancel order and look elsewhere.
It is a pity because products are brilliant but poor business planning and customer service is letting them down big time.

The harness and lead is amazing quality and fits perfectly! I am giving 4 stars only because some parts for the harness have been delayed and I have been informed of this only after chasing with several emails. Harness and lead both arrived around 3 weeks after ordering.

Ordered a Hope for Podencos Houdini harness for my whippet Jasper. The style and fit is excellent and so is the fabrication.

Really well made quality product, I have a malamute hes not small! Struggled to get a harness that fitted him comfortably. Was recommended to indi dog by a friend the harness is great fits great and looks great. I also bought matching leads great value for money

Walking belt didn't turn up. I ordered the walking belt about 3 weeks ago with the deliver time set at 1 to 2 weeks. There was no sigh of dispatch after 2 weeks so I emailed and Sid got back to me saying it would be dispatched the next week. I waited and on the Friday of the week after I had received no notification my paid for item had been dispatched. We are now on the 5th week and still no item. Very disappointed at the level of service and also the false promises.

The harness is so well crafted and comfortable in our dog. I also really appreciated how speedy the response was when needing guidance on sizing before purchasing!

The harness is beautifully made and perfect for my little rescue Podenco. I am seriously thinking of ordering another for her. Especially as the option of added neck clips is perfect for her as she has a fear of anything going over her head and so few harnesses have this facility. The fleece lining is also lovely and soft around her amputation site.

Excellent products, I’ve had several really lovely quality harness, collar and head collars in various gorgeous and long lasting fabrics now. Customer service is always excellent and the adjustability really works for my dogs (who are awkward sizes and shapes). There is a bit of a wait for custom items but that’s very much to be expected and it’s not long considering the quality of what’s sold and the time taken to order fabrics in.

I bought the harness for my chihuahua cross and it works a treat. I love the emerald green colour and it is very sturdy and well made. I did have to wait longer than I anticipated to receive the harness but Sid did explain the reason. Overall I’m very pleased with it

Great turnaround time. I live in Canada and these are by far the best harnesses for sighthounds. Actually I board, and I use them on all my furbabies that come.

Well made harnesses that my dog hasn't escaped from. The security it gives me makes walking him more of a pleasure. He also looks cool in his new harness.
