The dress was fitted in-store by our team representative and accepted by the client at the time of purchase. During the fitting, the client confirmed the size was suitable and agreed to minor alterations for personal comfort.

The garment was supplied in the correct size selected (SA L/XL = INDIAN XL / XXL), with sufficient allowance for standard alterations. Our representative checked the measurements and confirmed that the dress is indeed a XXL, which can be altered further to fit comfortably if done by a qualified tailor.

The dress was tried on in-store before purchase, fitting correctly at that time. Any claims regarding insufficient allowance or comparison to other stores are inaccurate, as the garment fit properly during the in-store fitting.
If the dress had not fit correctly, such as not going over the bust or armholes, our representative would have declined the sale, since we do not provide garments that cannot be worn comfortably.

As part of this purchase, the client received discounts and complimentary items, and we also offered a once-off goodwill return with a 20% restocking fee. This is beyond standard retail practice and was offered in good faith.

We take all client concerns seriously and always strive to provide quality garments, accurate sizing, and professional service. Any further claims about garment handling, fit, or allowance are factually incorrect. Our policies are consistent and transparent, and we encourage clients to make informed purchases with confidence.

We would like to clarify that, based on the email correspondence received, the concern raised was a personal preference regarding the type of embroidery and level of work. The product descriptions clearly state embroidery with sequins and do not advertise stonework, mirror work, or handwork.

We understand that certain embroidery styles may not appeal to everyone, which is completely normal. For this reason, an exchange was offered in line with our store policy.

However, allegations that our garments are of “cheap quality,” “imitation,” or that our business is misleading are false. The outfits supplied match the advertised design, description, and price point.

We are always willing to assist our customers, but we cannot engage further where false accusations are made despite solutions being offered in accordance with our policies.

The item purchased was a pre-order/imported garment, supplied as described and delivered in good condition. We did accommodate a preference-based exchange previously as a gesture of goodwill.

Unfortunately, repeated returns based on personal preference or size selection are not feasible for our business, as pre-order items are imported specifically on request.

Crepe silk is naturally a soft and lightweight fabric, so while it may feel thinner , this is not a sign of poor quality. The thinness is simply the nature of the fabric and part of its premium, flowy finish.
The set includes a digitally printed top and bottom, finished with delicate mirror work and stonework.
The nature of crepe silk is to feel light and airy, which is part of its design and style.
