I am 64 and I had tried many methods to be fit and loose weight. I was 113.8 when I started and lost 20kgs and active and healthy.
The greatest thing is our coach heard my struggles and heard my food eating habit.She scientifically changed my food habits concentrating on nutritiously rich food.she also took all our health concerns also and age accordingly gave us the diet and exercises which shows on our results.
