Such a lovely company
Such a lovely company. I requested some samples which were delivered 2 days later. I then placed an order for 100 pieces of the larger sweet boxes. Next day I had a phone call to check if I had the right size. My order was delivered the next day and I am really pleased with the quality at a very good price. Thank you

Excellent customer service
There was an issue with my order the boxes I had ordered were not available, but someone called me and talked me through a good alternative at the same price and they still delivered in original timeframe.
The product itself is excellent quality.
I’ll be using them again and recommending them.

5 weeks and still no call back!!
Needed to place an urgent order of around 50+ Pink boxes, rang the helpline to see if there was any way I could collect directly from the warehouse. Instead of giving me a simple yes or no they kept taking my details and saying someone will ring me back - did somebody ever ring me back? No! It has now been 5 weeks (obviously I don’t need them anymore but 5 weeks and still no callback despite leaving my details 4 times!!)

Hi Gurps, Apologies, if you were not contacted back. We use a dedicated UK based call centre who logs every answered call before being routed to one of the team members, and we have been unable to find your details. As a small business we strive to provide premium customer care and such reviews are taken seriously.
As an e-commerce business, the general rule is we don't allow collection from our warehouse as per out T&C's and the inability to place collection orders online, unless the orders are over 500+ boxes and/or need a fork lift to be loaded.
I must also bring to your attention that our customers have been recently confused several times in 2024 with a company who resembles a similar name to ours, but are not part of our company, but do resell our boxes at times.

Luxury boxes of excellent quality. Very fast and efficient with delivery of samples and 200 boxes. Sent few extra samples too which was very kind. Boxes came pre assembled so very easy to put together. Highly recommend and brilliant value for the quality and service!

Soo upset and disappointed.
I appreciate things can go wrong but no one has got back to me having received the wrong order before my wedding and no one was available to help me resolve it despite several phone calls.
Taken my payment for boxes saying it’s a girl for my wedding day. It’s now too late to sort out and you’ve taken my money. I have asked for a rebut still haven’t heard anything.

Beautiful boxes and preassembled
Beautiful boxes and I was very impressed they were pre-glued and assembled flat pack. Making it so easy to open up and make. Basically you lift them open and they create the box shape itself and no need for cellotape to seal. Good quality sturdy box. Will buy again when celebrations allow. Fast delivery within 3days.
