If I can give a negative feedback I would give. They cancel two items on my order and delayed my shipment by 30 days. Please dont trust them when you are buying stiching products.

They just keep on postponing the delivery date. One of the products was found faulty during the inspection and they requested to choose a replacement product for it. When I selected the product and sent it the same day, they mentioned the original product was ready and would ship soon. There was never a clear information from them. The salesperson is the worst to deal with. They keep you hanging for days & when the product can't be delivered on time, they cancel the order.

True to the advertisement on the website. Infact it's more beautiful. Great quality, service and absolute quick delivery for international address. I highly recommend this seller.

Received my parcel 3 weeks late and the quality was so poor. I paid £20 in the uk for a replacement out as a urgent back up and it was much better quality than what i received and fraction of price. Would not buy or recommend

Recently, had a bad experience with the service provided by Indianweddingsaree.com. I had ordered a pre-stitched saree outfit. On receiving it, I noticed the measurements were completely off from what I had requested. Bad quality control before dispatch. On reaching out to the complaints department, they gave me to understand that they were unable to replace this ‘defective’ outfit as the product was out of stock. So understandably, I was willing to work with them and gave them the option for a partial refund so that I could purchase a blouse to match the saree skirt ( which was off too by the measurements) . However, as a long time customer, I was willing to work with them to save the hassle on both sides of a return/refund. After many back and forth emails and much haggling they agreed on the partial refund only to go back on their word suddenly after 10 days stating they offer no refunds! This came after they initially agreed on it. This turn of event occurred after 10 days of wasting my time with back and forth emails with them. Very frustrating.
Please DO NOT trust this company. I have been a loyal customer initially -no more. They DO NOT value loyalty. Also , their product quality is not up to standard. Their customer service /complaints department is not up to standard. They go back on their word and this is not good business practice. Buyer Beware. Their post sales service is poor and not trustworthy what they agree on.

Very bad quality with poor stitching makes your dress garbage. Extremely slow shipping, stay away!

Somehow seems SCAM only, no match between photo and original product. I’ve bought two Shalwar Kameez Set, waisted 200$. No refund/return

I’m really disappointed. My order still has not come yet and they gave me the latest day it will come and we have surpassed that. I contacted them and now they said I have to wait even longer. This website is not trustworthy and I am beginning to think if they are a scam. I have wedding functions to go to tomorrow and I don’t know what to do because I still haven’t received my clothes. I am really disappointed and angry. Don’t think I will ever be ordering from here again.

I ordered for groom’s sherwani 60 days before wedding , kept following up with them every day but yet they did not receive . They now offer me $20 off . Now 3 days before wedding , we are scrambling to buy one locally . Totally disastrous .
Worst part is they never are honest about the dates . If i was informed 20 days ago , we would have had some more choices to order .

Really disappointed with the semi stitched outfit, i ordered white but the fabric was cream, there wasn't enough fabric for the long sleeves, the neckline wasn't cut as designed in photo and the string (dora) with tassel finished weren't included. I complained and was given £8 back only. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here and wouldn't be ordering from them again.

I have been buying from Indian wedding sares for few each and each time I am so impressed by the service and customer service.

I highly recommend them to anyone that is unsure to buy from them.

I had a Sangeet for a friend here in Georgia, USA. It was quickly approaching (just a few weeks out), and I had no idea how to get a Lehanga in time that would look good, feel good, and be fancy enough. My husband was the best man, so I knew I had to look nice for this event for all of the photos. I found this website and its positive reviews, and I submitted my measurements following their guide videos. I found a great looking option and went ahead and decided to take a chance in case it would work out. Thankfully, the outfit showed up, was made of good material, fit exactly like it needed to, and felt very comfortable for me. I was SO grateful! It was very economically priced for the great work they did, and the measurements turned out perfect. They had excellent communication through the WhatsApp software, and I felt I could trust them. I am so glad I did! The outfit came with plenty of time to spare for finding the right shoes and jewelry, and again, it felt good, looked good, and I was confident at the event as a result. I am so happy with their work and highly recommend them now to anyone needing a similar type of outfit. I got many compliments on the outfit, and I was very happy with it. Thank you!

I ordered a saree for $85 and the saree looked really nice online and even looked nice when we received it. But as we opened the saree the inside has big about 7-8 inches of white patches sewed all over the saree on embroidery work They could take the white patches off from the saree as all the other embroidery work does. Due to the big whote patches all over the saree making the weigh much more than it should. The blouse piece has the white patch sewed as long as the blouse piece is. If we try to remove it most of the work would come off with white paper.

I have been their customer for many years. The quality of products is exactly what looks like in pictures. Their design team is very talented and nice. I had some issues with couple of products which was resolved by customer support. Over the years I have seen , is to get the standard sizes instead of getting in custom size. Also ask questions when you order. If ordering first time , order one product only to see how it fits and if you like it. I like to order in advance. If any of the products have production delays , they inform you and are not hesitant to ship part of shipment if that is ready. They are really good with deliveries in suggested time frame. I am their customer as long as they keep up the good quality products with good price ,polite customer service and their well talented design team. It is all about experiences and expectations😄.

i purchased some clothes online with Indian Wedding Saree. Excellent clothes, material and right sizes. it was delivered before the delivery date. Good customer service as the staff keep up by emails and tracking system. i will continue shopping with them and let our families and friends to purchase clothes. A very happy customer

I have ordered this beautiful blue and green half saree for the pongal celebration at Mexico, the outfit looked so stunning and beautiful every mexicans started to give compliments about the dress in the event. The quality of the material and stiching was too good for the price I loved it would like to buy more in future ❤️. Thank you for the wonderful dress.

The colour of saree and description was different than what was delivered.
There was a reason for ordering purple saree and I was disappointed when it finally arrived. There was no weaving work nor it was in purple. It was in magenta/dark pink with just weaving print on it. Terrible experience! Never buying again or recommending.

This was the worst and last experience I’ll ever have trying to purchase Indian clothing. I was ripped off of $500 of clothes that were all too big even though I followed their size instructions completely. The clothing smelled strongly of dye/chemicals and not one piece fit. It was too late to fix as they took two extra weeks to get the clothes to me and the wedding in now. I have no outfits and I’m out $500. I made several phone calls and emailed them. I was told repeatedly that it was my fault and no refund.

They’ll comment here with excuses and some pretty exhaustive language around why it’s my problem. I did file a complaint immediately and I did follow their rules. I only hope my review here will save someone else the money and heartache.

This was my first order from the company and they came through on all counts. The saree is exactly as pictured on the website. It is lovely! I ordered it pre-stitched with a petticoat. This was well done and it hangs beautifully. When I ordered the saree I was given an “estimated” delivery date. On the estimated date I emailed to ask for a more precise date. I received a response within five minutes (seriously), was advised that the saree was in transit and given the tracking number. It arrived within a week of the estimated date which is quite acceptable. I will wear the saree to my niece’s wedding and it is unlikely that I will ever wear a saree again. That is unfortunate because I really would like to order more clothing from Indian Wedding Saree.
