We three ladies have just returned from our amazing adventure in India with Odyssey tours. We can recommend this tour company without reservation.
The organisation and attention to detail was seamless and faultless throughout our tour. Everyone the company had booked for us from our drivers to guides reps and all hotel staff made sure our stay was pleasurable. Nothing was too much trouble and the concern for our safety, welfare and wishes were paramount. We have had a wonderful adventure and have made memories that will stay with us for the rest of our lives. We have fallen in love with India and it's wonderful people and history and cannot wait to return. We are already starting to thnk about our next tour with Odyssey Tours.

Kyle Li has been our Travel Consultant for three trips now- India, Vietnam/China, and an up coming trip to China/Cambodia. Our experience working with Kyle has been exceptional. The trips he has put together for us are extremely interesting and informative. We see great glimpses of life in the countries we visit and see great attractions in the areas. John Hu was my Agent at Odyssey Tours, and everything was planned perfectly for my tour of India. I was well pleased with John's responsiveness and organizational skills for all the great Tour Guides and activities he planned for me. The Hotels were great and meals were fantastic, and I really enjoyed my personal Driver, Mr. Kerwin who gave me a lot of cultural information about the cities and locations we visited. I was never alone with Odyssey, which meant a lot to me as a single American woman travelling alone in India. It was a fantastic Trip. Thank you John and Odyssey Tours! My sister and I were looking for a trip to India, Nepal and Bhutan. We came upon My Odyssey Tours and found that they offered everything we wanted at a great price. We are in our seventies and are delighted that we can be independent, stay in beautiful hotels and have a private driver and guide throughout the trip at half the cost of other travel companies. Don Li, from My Odyssey Tours, did all the work and kept us posted about every detail of the trip as he secured our arrangements. Mr. Li played a pivotal role in researching and finalizing our every wish as well as providing us with greater options through his expertise. Excellent! Trip was well planned. We had top rated hotels, food and sights to see.

We took the 10 day tour of India. Our van driver, Anand Sharma, helped make our trip the best! We were six older women traveling together and he was very protective of us. We always felt safe in every city we visited. We asked him some very personal questions and he took them all in stride and helped us understand the Indian culture better. Our hotels were all first class, the local guides were great, we have no complaints whatsoever about Odyssey Tours. Kyle Li from Odyssey worked with me online to set up the trip and was very patient with my dumb questions and always answered promptly. It was an awesome experience and would do it again in a heartbeat....if we had Anand Sharma as our driver.

Mavis responded to my questions about an India tour. She designed a lovely trip and then altered it for me. She is very knowledgeable. Although I ended up not taking the tour due to other circumstances, Mavis was gracious at every turn!

When investigating tours in the India and China regions, I found India Odyssey and Queenie. I found her to be efficient and obliging. The tours she arranges are only limited by your imagination. I will review again after the tour's completion

India Odyssey put together a customized itinerary for me: Delhi, Jaipur, Ranthambore National Park, Agra, Jhansi, Khajuraho, Varanasi, and back to Delhi. Guides and drivers met me faithfully at airports, took me to hotels, picked me up at hotels, drove me a train station. Also, they were flexible when I wanted small changes in the printed program. I saw everything that I wanted to see in India within the limitations of a two-week time frame. Special thanks to Queenie Yang of Tang Dynasty (the parent company of India Odyssey) and driver Sanjay Kumar, who took me from Delhi to Jaipur to Ranthambhore to Agra, and did many favors for me along the way.

We travelled through India in 2015 on a tour organised by Don at India Odyssey. We couldn't have been happier, every detail was taken care of, everything ran smoothly, Don used his extensive knowledge of the area to suggest places to visit and we thouroughly enjoyed every last one. We are now in the process of organising our next trip with Don. If you are looking for a fantastic experience you can't go past India Odyssey.

My adult daughter, husband and I recently travelled through Nothern India on an 11 day private tour organised through Odyssey. Our plans were smoothly organised with great detail by Queenie - who accomodated our suggestions and time schedules very easily. Starting in Delhi, we travelled to Jodphur, Udaipur, Jaipur, Agra then Delhi with a flight to Varanasi. Mr Awtah Singh, our driver for most of the trip was exceptional. He was kind and courteous and took great care of us, offering great recommendations for meals, and getting to know us as a family.
Each of our guides made us feel welcome and each offered new and interesting information about each city, and focussed the tour on our interests. Our accomodation was wonderful and well organised. We were delighted with our Indian holiday- the Odyssey team were magic. Our "Incredible India" experience was just that- thanks to the Odyssey team and in particular Mr Awtar Singh for making this trip so special from landing to our last airport transfers.

I would recommend this company to everybody and Mavis is the greates tour operator I've ever had! She helped to plan and costumize my twelve days in the Himalayas (Nepal and Buthan) giving any kind of advise. The service is excellent and fast and ready to do whatever they can to make you happy and make your experience wonderful!

This was my second trip with India Odyssey Tours and once again it was excellent. I had 42 days in India followed by 32 days in Sri Lanka. This tour was mostly for me alone with a friend joining me for 2 weeks for a portion of the India tour. As this was such a long trip, I find it even more amazing that everything went off without a single issue. I had spent quite some time before the trip working out the fine details via email with Kyle Li from India Odyssey. He is easy to work with and tries to accommodate all requests / needs. From riding a camel for 3 days in the Rajasthan Desert to white water rafting in Sri Lanka everything was arranged perfectly! Every representative, guide and driver went above and beyond to make sure I realized I was 'their guest". I will shortly start planning another trip to an Asian country and will definitely book it though India Odyssey once again. They really live up to their slogan "You are not alone with Odyssey"

Excellent arrangements. Our third time with this company, and everything they do is top notch. This trip was mainly Tibet and Myanmar but also a revisit of Hong Kong for several days as well as the giant panda capital Chengdu. Super guides who are attentive and very knowledgeable, and importantly for us, flexible when we requested changes in the daily programs.

We can highly recommend Indiaodysseytours for those who are tired of the crowds and big groups.

We travelled to India for 11 night stay late March and used Odyssey in order to hopefully achieve a 'trip of a lifetime'. We were not disappointed. This was to be a very special trip for me and my three adult children who had grown up hearing about India from their grandfather who was stationed there during the Second World War. From the planning which was done with the very very helpful Queenie, we discussed between us ideas until we came up with the 'ideal ' trip for us. Nothing was too much trouble, looking at lots of different options and to-ing and fro-ing over various suggestions. I felt completely at ease deciding what would be our best option.

We visited Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and Udaipur. Each of the local guides were very knowledgable about their particularly areas and we found them all very interesting. It was also no problem when during our trip we decided to change our visit slightly and do something different to what was originally planned a particular day.
The only thing I would mention was that the local guides did tend to take us to very expensive places for lunch. Something that we did complain about to Odyssey as we did not want a full meal and felt obliged to purchase from the restaurant to which they had chosen. There were many other options we could have been given which we found out each evening as we tended not to eat at the hotels as again they were expensive. As well as the lunch issues we also didn't like being taken to various shops with the expectation that we would make a purchase. This felt very awkward and spoilt it a little.

Our driver Mr VJ Ranjeet was utterly amazing. A very safe driver he ferried us from A to B on what could only be described as very interesting roads/driving. An experience in itself. At no time did we feel unsafe and this certainly contributed to making our trip so special. He was also so friendly and accommodating and did all he could to make us enjoy our experience. He drove us to pharmacy, recommended to us local clean and delicious restaurants . He was just brilliant.

All the hotels were very comfortable and well equipped. We stayed at The Maidens in Delhi, Radisson Blu in Agra . The Umaid Mahal in Jaipur ( a small but very comfortable heritage hotel) and the Lalit Palace in Udaipur which although the hotel itself was beautiful with a stunning setting was let down in that you only received 30 mins per day of free Wifi which had to be used consecutively. It may sound unreasonable to note this as this letting us down but in this day and age of technology this really should be completely free .it had been in all the other hotels.

In all the trip was utterly amazing and as special to all my family as I hoped it would be. Odyssey and Mr Ranjeet definitely contributed to making it so and I wouldn't hesitate to go with Odyssey again.

Our trip to Egpyt and Marocco was organized by Catherine at Odyssey, it was a fantastic trip we have ever had, from time to time and places to places it was very details thanks Catherine, particularly thanks Hamid Essalih who is the driver in Marocco and Abdou who is the tour guide in Egypt, thank you all for the professional services, I believe our next trip is not far and we will come back to Odyssey。

I recently sent this letter of thanks to Kyle at Odyssey Tours and would like to share it as a review.

I have recently returned from a trip to India organised by your company. I toured The Golden Triangle from 9th to 16th March with my partner Paul FitzPatrick.

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you very much for your excellent service in organising a truly memorable trip.

All of our visits to landmarks such as Jama Masjid, Qutub Minar, Laxmi Narayan, Sheesh Mahal, Jantar Mantar, The Taj Mahal and Agra Fort were so interesting and well coordinated. Our hot air balloon ride and Eleday experience were also equally amazing.

My partner and I had a wonderful time exploring a small part of a fabulous country and would like it very much if you could pass on our thanks to everyone involved in our tour.

There were two people particularly worthy of individual note and thanks too.

Firstly Akashdeep Deep who was our driver throughout the tour. He is a wonderful driver but also he found us great places to eat while we travelled, helped us with shopping requirements and made our experience of the Holi celebrations a day to remember.

Also Azhar Khan who was our guide in Agra. He made our visit to The Taj Mahal as good as it could possibly be. His local knowledge is amazing. He also suggested options for our free time which we followed and fully enjoyed.

Could you please pass on our special thanks to them both. We thoroughly enjoyed their company and I feel that they both made our holiday even better for their professional services and also their kindness.

I hope that one day we will return to India as our first visit has been so wonderful that I am sure it will not be our last.

Mavis & Odyssey Tours are reliable, professional, & caring. I travel quite a bit & I've never found a tour company like this. Mavis set up my itinerary around my available dates & interests. Afterwards I was to travel alone to Amritsar. My travel with Odyssey Tours was complete yet they sent someone to drive me to the airport. Mavis & company went way beyond my expectations. I highly recommend them.

A huge thank you to Kyle-Li for his patience whilst we were trying to decide what to do. Without Kyle-Li we would not have been able to make decisions on our trip.
