they I requested Indiefy to deactivate my account, after the deactivation the payment was still active, they debited me 3 months on a row even through my account was no longer active, they did not refund me. very bad company, totally fraud

Scammers, my music started getting recognition ALMOST HALF A YEAR LATER still no royalties? Emailed and they just replied they have delays and that is it, don't use them ever.

Well, So far so good with Indiefy basic free account. They're legit but if you're not a big artist and verified it limits your releases per month and tracks per release (5). I'd highly recommend them regardless. You don't have to pay to keep your music up. I'm pretty sure they keep it up once it's published. Unlike Distrokid or Songtradr who charge you for every release..

cheat. Professional fraudster. Gang or organization. It's called everything because they do it all. You enter a system based entirely on lies and curiously upload some music. Oh, how innocent. Months pass and for the first time you see that you have earned a few cents. AHAH. You earn little because they steal from it too. Let's say you saved up a chance, you can never take it back. How much do I have? I saved $55, man, and bought the pro membership. And twice in a row. Just so they can deposit the money that belongs to me. I would have won $35 anyway. Because I had already spent $20 on the pro membership. Get well soon. My loss is now $75. AHAHAHAH. jerks.

Sorry indiefy. But minimum payout is 100 dollars?

And on top of that, if you pay 100 dollars a year you get minimum 50 dollars.

Avoid using this service. A year ago worked just fine, but now it's a trap and have dirty practices to force you to buy a paid plan to make almost anything, a non-sense.
I've try to upload a 10 track album, and after preparing everything, when I try to upload 6th song, it shows and advice to pay to continue uploading!
And now, I want to remove a prior release and they say that I have to wait 6 months! (180 days) to be able to remove a release! Shame on you! Scammers.

Indiefy is scam!!!.
I have been using indiefy since 2021, when my royalty reached their minimum withdrawal, they started showing me a ID verification form, after I including all my details, they said that “some of my documents did not meet the necessary criteria”,.
They only said so, so that I can't withdraw my royalties.
If you like go and distribute your music with them, nah you go cry last last.
They need to be reported fr!!!.

at most part indiefy is good sometimes if you contact support they wont respond for a while but when they do they do as much as they can to help, which i appreciate Indiefy is up there on the lost for me for good distributors

The response is very bad, their dashboard is the worst and you can't get help from them, Diego's responses are completely irrelevant to what your problem is about

after a long fight and sending complaints to spotify and writing reviews today they sent my royalties. so they do pay out but only when you put up a fight. my advice is if you use them and havent got your money then fight to get it write reviews write itunes and spotify within 2 days of me filing complaints they paid me my money owed my message to idiefy is if you want to be a company that makes money the first biggest thing you need to do is make it a easy process to get our royalties sadly after this experiance ill be removing all music from your label and going with what ive released my last 3 albums with and that is distrokid i can request my roaylties with no min and every single time ir equest my money i have it in 3 days with no fight or hassle like indiefy has been. in closing i would still say avoid this company cause they will make you fight tooth and nail to get your money . go with distrokid they are hands down the best. i made this a 3 star from my previous 2 1 star for the simple fact they paid me my money after a 2 month battle and fight.

Service sometimes takes a little bit to response but in general customer support is good.
