So im a producer and i make edm music on my own
i havnt had a problem with indiefy. all my releases are coming out smoothly
but i have 2 complaints

1. Indiefy not ther on the youtube music partners so its not as easy to get OAC as other distributers

2. when my songs are uploaded on other platforms i dont have like amazon prime etc, the profile picture of the artist is not right
i got it correct on spotify because i claimed my artist but i can do so on 11 different stores at the same time so yeah

but all in all i'm able to use this platform well and i really dont know how others got a bad experience

Stay away at all cost! Don't pay artists, worst distributor ever.

my account suddenly became inactive, while I was waiting for payment, hahaha indiefy stole my money for 2000 usd

The service was really great, but i wish indiefy would let us write the title how ever we want in album/ep. especially in all caps. I don’t want to ask them to fix it every time I release them its kinda inconvenient. Overall, Indiefy worth to buy!

You have to pay for to take down your music which is disgusting, my music never got uploaded to apple music as well. Horrible distributor, never using again.

I started uploading music about a year ago. When I made my first $100 and went to withdraw it, it took me 3/4 months to receive the money, but I got it.

They Have The Worst Service , When You Pay For Pro , You Use Google Pay , But When You Wann , Withdraw , they offer only Paypal and Stripe , I was supposed to get my money on 15 June , Now they telling me , the paypal is shut down , for maintenance untill ,July 1 😡😡😡😡😡this is so frustrating , when you go to live chat you never get a reply , they are the worst

Honestly this seems like such a sham. An artist on soundcloud has reserved copyright for an instrumental they did not make at all, from a song that is actually by a popular artist. I'd be interested to know what the actual artist would think about their art being copyrighted by a stranger supported by Indiefy.

A scoundrel company, you put the sound on, they make mistakes in many details, they don't respect the artists, and the takedown can only be done later when you regret using their services one by one, in the meantime they are making money on our tracks.

Indiefy is fake and does not actually respond. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT give them your money. You're throwing it away.

My royalties don't appear, even after 5 months of release.
I get in touch with them and they said that the reports come 3 months after you released them, when I said it was 5 already, they repeated the same thing.
I feel like talking with a robot and afraid that I've lost a lot of money since my music reached almost 200k.
It's very sad.

Cancelled pro-artist membership due to poor service. All seemed to have been completed but then receive e-mail to say I have been upgraded and then charged again. Website had me listed as pro-artist though I was not, would let me upgrade for half the price I was being charged, but wouldn't allow me to cancel again I was not a pro-artist. Terrible service all round and I feel ripped off. Foolishly did not take notice of the large number of false looking reviews on this site. Definitely avoid unless you like wasting your money.
