My server keeps getting stuck on restart and i am losing time on my trial

Their Support is incredible, and that's no joke.

I had a server 2 years ago and they couldn't recover the backups for the mods I used.

I got a new server going and was totally lost, and then bam. A simple ticket later and I had someone on their discord literally install all the mods, get it working, then coach me through rendering someone an admin.

I said I was lost when it came to how to import a workshop modlist to my server, and rather than coach me on how to do that their support person on Discord just did it for me in about 10 minutes. Incredible.

Hello all! I was so skeptical coming into this "server" hosting thing, I did a bit of research, and all led me HERE. First thing's first, performance? Top notch! I have never had an issue hosting my heavy modded heavy zombie pop B42 Project Zomboid server. Even when I had issue's of my OWN, that I created, one simple ticket and the Broccoli team is ON it. And I mean that, i've made 6-7 tickets (no pun intended) and out of those 6-7 ticket's, they are all answered and working on a solution within MINUTES! These guys are very helpful, understanding, and out-going. When it comes to what you pay vs the service you get? These guys could up my monthly bill by $5-$10 and I wouldn't even care! Stop looking for a server host and get started with the IB Team! I am brand new to ALL of this, and I am HOOKED mainly due to the IB guys responsiveness and desire to actually help you run your server is un-matched!

Servers run well, mostly good response times

I've got a problem with my 7 Days to Die server - always stuck to the 2.5 version and not able to update to the 2.6 experimental.
They found what created the issue and fixed it in a few hours.

For the price and ease of use, it is absolutely fantastic. I am an IT professional that was looking for a cheap solution to a host a server for myself and my friends and this was extremely quick and easy. If I had one piece of feedback for them to potentially work on, it would be more advanced mod support for Project Zomboid servers they host, but I realize that is much easier said than done. The service is just that good, that's the only constructive feedback I can give it. I would recommend this to even my least tech savvy friend as a solution.

Very easy setup. Had to manually correct the settings in the server settings file once, but otherwise smooth sailing. Someone less technically literate probably would have had a bad time.

Great servers, highly responsive and helpful staff on demand, cheap prices with unlimited ram, full mod support with a built in file manager. Can't really beat a small server for friends for like less then $10/m.

I host several servers for our community. We have been hosting from the same company for around 10 years. Recently we've been having issues with our current providers hardware. It's just not performing as it should. I decided to check our options and came across indifferentbroccoli.com. They offered a 2 day free trial so I decided to give it a go. Initially I had some issues setting up the first server but after a quick message in their discord, I was all fixed up and ready to join. The move was a great decision.
