Disappointing user experience.

They do not hold backups, which is so unlike a server host. definitely will not be renewing. for 18 dollars this has been the worst user experience i've had hosting a server. very seldom do any server hosts i use NOT have a backup feature, even if its paid. the only reason i even had to update the modpack was because trying to delete a mod from the mods folder and restarting the server would just reinsert the mod upon restarting. you guys have totally screwed my community.

Hear me out... This is hands down WAYYYY better than Nitrado OR PingPerfect. The mods are SUPER EASY to set up and that rapid response support comes thru like navy seal team 6. Rapid approach, assist, and extraction! I'm not just talking, I'm being genuine, you won't have ANY issues and IF you do.. like I said.. their support team is Godlike. 10/10

I've hosted a Project Zomboid with Indifferent Brocolli for a couple months now and it's been wonderful, staff are always helpful and supportive - the features they've added lately search feature and easy mod intergration has been amazing.

The server performance is great, so +1 star, but the website is not easy to navigate for information, we encountered a buggy mess immediately that made the game we were playing unable to be progressed, having to restart, and support would either stop communicating frequently or, most recently, just give up on you and stop responding, so -3 stars for those.

Edit: +1 the file management and dashboard are easy to use, updating the game version is an easy 1-button press, and 2 weeks later I have not dealt with any further issues. Flexible pricing is also a big plus.

2 day free trial to ensure you can get your experience, i done project zomboid with like 200+ mods so didnt want to buy a server straight away. they helped me get the mods right, even stupid questions they helped with. got it sorted and bought full server. Best experience join discord literally support in 15 minutes every single time for me.

When I first started a server for a game I tried three different sites. Indifferent Broccoli was the easiest to understand and had the best customer service (by far). As long as they continue to be spectacular I will never need another game server service.

Easy to setup, great wikis for common questions

Perfect server host for my project zomboid server. Great server ping and reasonably simple mod management. Join their discord server and you can ask the support team questions or create a personal ticket to discuss any problems. Overall good experience that doesn't randomly come up with any issues so far.

Great Support on discord. Got all my problems and questions solved, great service, highly recommend. My server is working beautifully. I love their website and the control. It gives me over the Valheim server.

You start with "what went wrong this time?" I think that about sums it up. Had I had an opportunity to see what the server dashboard looks like I would have never paid. But, you stiffed me for one months service, so be happy with that.

*Strange that when I was in a support chat and asked for my account to be closed, which was maybe a couple of hours after I setup the server, your representative in that chat with me said nothing about a 2 day trial or 7 day refund. Coincidence the first time I heard of these things was after the week had already passed? Consumers beware, this continues to get worse.

The server had best be shut down already. I did it on my end. If it is back up that was something done on your end. I don't want your server. I don't want to be charged for your server again. I don't want anything to do with your company. We have a different server provider now and things are good. Stop trying to mess it up with shady customer service.

I've been using them since Palworld launched because they were the only reasonable host. Best server hosting company I've ever used. Good performance, good prices, no downtimes, and fast support.

The service that the team provides is outstanding. Always a fast response time and very knowledgeable in fixing servers. I have not had a single bad experience with this group. The price for the servers are cheap and affordable and the two day trial makes it even better. To top everything off the team in IB are very interactive with their community. I recommend this hosting platform to all my friends who want to host a server.

Very good in terms control and customization, however I experienced issues with random disconnects, often resulting in lost progress.

Everything in general is good, but the ping can be a little better thats the only reason why i put 4 stars and no 5

easy setup. competitive prices (uncapped ram). ive had maybe 7 different servers for various games and only had a problem once. someone fixed it within the day.

Great server site and has a help guide with everything you need pretty much. I yo problem I had was the server didn’t wanna work for the first day for some reason but the next day everything worked great and no issues sense. 👍
