Never buy something here.

Bought 2 pair of shoes in February but never received them. I was sending them mails often en in the first months they told me to wait. That the shoes will be shipping fast. They told me that for months.

It's september now and still didn't received anything and they don't answer my e-mails anymore.

We contracted with them to produce a webpage some $3500 and it was the worst website you could even imagine, we requested a refund, took them to court. stay as far away from them as you possibly can.

Beware! Indigo demanded full payment upfront in Aug 2022 and then kept stringing us along, demanding just a little more money before they would turn over the code Connor wrote.

In May 2023 they still had not delivered the mobile app we paid for. In their last message they said they couldn’t give us the code because they deleted it.

As of June they refuse to meet with us.

I’ve never had such an awful experience dealing with a business of any sort.

They Stole my $$! Nothing they said they’d do was done. I got the run around for an entire year. I just spoke with someone who completely cussed me out because I wouldn’t give him MORE $$. Because after a year of nothing. He tried to upsell me. These people should not only be shut down but, arrested for fraud !!! DO NOT USE THERE SERVICES

We had a good overall experience with indigo. Even when we had some blips they were able to fix it very quickly and they were honest and worked with us on a fast schedule.

Working with Connor has been fantastic. He has a thorough understanding of our company and the industry we work in and suggests many things that we had not even considered. I am so glad that I chose them to make my website and app design. My needs were all met, and I received what I requested.

This pretend company do not deserve any stars. I am here to protect people from these scammers. They took over $3k from me and never created a website for me. It took me a little longer to realize they were scammers. I am in the process of taking them to court and found out that they do not have a real physical address. The Sheriff was not able to serve them because they do not have a real physical address. Oh, how convenient not to have a physical address. They have put a beautiful glass building on their website as theie physical address. I drove all the way out to the address that they have on their website page only to find out that it is not their physical address. They are leading people to various website and telling them that they created it, but it's not true. I had a well organized website already before they contacted me. They told me that they could create a website that would draw more people to it and that they could make my cover page 3D. I will not give up on getting my money back from these people. I know that they are hoping that I dissappear like most probably did. I am just beginning, trust me..

SCAM ALERT!! Multiple business fronts. Will hold site ransom. Complete scam!!

When I first talked to the sales person by the name of Jason at indigo Web Studios he had the greatest sales pitch ever. I felt so confident and relieved after talking with him. He was very kind and very nice however I paid for a website April 22, 2022 and never received the website. When I googled website developers the company that popped up was bark.com Who had indigo web Studios on their website. these marketplace companies need to screen people before they put them on their websites. It was never what I expected I was supposed to have gotten the website in 3 to 4 weeks by mid July it still was not ready and it was not near my expectations. Please make sure you check with your bank to see how much time you have to reverse the charges and make sure your website is done and to your satisfaction before that time runs out and hopefully you can get your money back.! and be careful of that 120 hours no refund policy after the INITIAL DESIGN!!! Be careful with your WORDS example saying that you LIKE the website or it’s OK to move to the next phase because when you do that they could say you approved it and that’s where you are GOT… I paid them $5000 upfront $4899 to be exact and you can pay 1/3 upfront with MOST companies.and when the project is finished or near finish you can pay the rest. In the beginning I had Jason look at similar websites that I wanted my website to mimic he said oh yeah we can do that! It was horrible the website that I got I would not even call it a website it was just horrible.! I told them I wanted my money back That was a joke they sent this refund policy over that said you have 120 hours for the initial design to ask for a refund please read the refund policy before doing anything with This company. Needless to say they told me I needed a dedicated server I paid them $1000 they gave me the thousand dollars back for the dedicated server which this company should have known before they took my money that I needed a dedicated server according to the website that I told them to mimic. Then you come back in the middle of building supposedly building the website and telling me I need more money. but I’m still out $4899 no website and no money.
I felt confident. Talk to a person by the name of David and Travis please beware. I don’t have my $ 3,899 back and I don’t have my website!. I said 3899 because they refunded me my thousand dollars back for the dedicated server.Now when you call them no one answers the phone and you send emails nobody responds to the emails. Buyer beware!!!

I’m also having the A ttorney general and the Consumer Protection division look at this company. And you should do better screening of companies like indigo web studios that you put on your website.

Also just got an email from David at indigo Web studios and he told me that I act as if I am a Lord and I want indigo web studios to obey me. What kind of company says that to a customer! Unbelievable! Please beware of indigo web studios! He told me I had an attitude just unbelievable! Well when you have an attitude if you were out of $4000?? Please everyone beware of indigo web studios!

Connor is the most amazing customer service person he did everything in his power to help without him my mom would have lost her business , Connor is exceptional , kind caring and knows exactly help to help his clients , Connor went above an behind to make sure he took care of my moms business, Connor thank you , Meghan

Do not hire/use these guys they are scam artist. Still have not received our money back from their satisfaction guarantee. Told us it would take 4 weeks to build our website after 6 months and 100's of reasons why they were still "working on it" and we gave up and hired another company. The only time they respond is when they are trying to get more money out of you. When you refuse to pay they become hostile and start threatening you. After we told them we wanted our money back they called us to say the person we had been dealing with was committing fraud to their clients and offered us a "deal" to finish. We declined and still no refund. I have received numerous emails from this company stating not to talk to one of their employees because of fraud. It is always a different employee. The entire team is shaddy.

The team at indigo was very professional and response to my call when needed. They created a very professional website for me. I appreciate the entire team including Brian Thompson. Thank you.

Connor helped me so much and was very patient with me. He kept me informed all along working with the website. Brian Thompson was very nice helping with my review. He was nice to talk with.

Indigo was right on top of everything until my main contact left and I was never emailed to be notified, until I reached out. Brian Thompson and Barry Cooper stepped in and took very good care of us in a timely manner. The website and logo came out very well. Very happy with the end product. We are currently in the SEO phase so we will see how it turns out in the next 6 months. Highly recommend these guys!

My website took longer than expected however Connor and his team did a good job with the design and getting it to look the way I wanted. The website still needs a small functionality fix which they have agreed to make to get it working perfectly.
