Website said item available . Several days later e mail to say wasn’t ! Company then took money from my account for a subscription which I had to email them to return .
Would not recommend. Too many errors .

Courier smashed on delivery but the team went above and beyond to resolve the issue. WOW the team were so quick and polite to resolve my recent issue. Could not recommend a better company. Massive shoutout to Chris who has made somebody’s week. Customer Service done right.

Unfortunately one of the bottles was leaking on receipt of first order.

Indi Brew immediately responded and sent out a new bottle when informed.

Will definitely be ordering more bottles of delicious beers from Indi Brew.

There was an issue with delivery , but this was DPD who where at fault.
After contacting Indii Brew they sorted out a second delivery which arrived with out issues .

Ordered a couple of fancy tins before Christmas as stocking fillers for my partner. It was a pretty special DIPA that was an Evil Dead collab from Rivington Brewery that I’d been searching the net for. It was 14th Dec I ordered, but as shipping was advertised as being next day delivery at £4.99 with over a week to go before courier deadlines for last Christmas post, I felt fairly good about them coming in time. It was marked as despatched on the same date, so should have been no problem - lovely stuff.
Unfortunately after the tracking number was added, the Evri tracking never updated and remained at parcel expected from sender. I don’t like to hassle small businesses about dispatch especially so close to Christmas, so I waited as long as I could without starting to worry about it arriving on time. On 19th Dec, I contacted them.
I got a reply the following day on the 20th saying that the tracking hadn’t updated and that a new parcel would ship out on the 21st. Instead of receiving a new tracking number, the original tracking updated on the 21st… which indicated to me that the parcel had never shipped out in the first place, and was finally posted on the 21st. A new shipment would have had a new tracking number... I run my own small business so I’m not daft when it comes to how basic courier services like Evri work, but I was gracious about it, made no reference to this fact and thanked Chris (who had signed off the reply email).
The beers eventually arrived on the 23rd, just in time. Except they weren’t the DIPAs I’d ordered. They were sours. Priced cheaper and neither of us like or drink sours, so not ideal to be totally honest.
Sent a further email with photographs of what I’d ordered and what we’d actually received. Was very polite and didn’t ask for a return or even a refund of the price difference (£1.50, not exactly a wedge of cash, but on principle I shouldn’t really be out of pocket because I’ve been sent the wrong product). I did expect maybe an apology that I’d spent close to £20 on two cans of a specific beer only to receive the wrong one nearly 2 weeks later, because manners aside, that would just be good business practice. But my email went totally ignored. It has been a good 3 weeks now so I don’t think this review is jumping the gun.
I actually nearly left it at that, but despite ignoring my last email they managed to prompt me twice for a review. So here it is! I’d maybe turn off the review reminders for orders you’ve cocked up fellas.
Looks like my experience was an anomaly but based on the fact I’m £20 down and had to faff about chasing, I definitely wouldn’t order again. Shame as the site had a good selection (assuming you get what you actually order!) and turns out they are fairly local. If you like a wide range of beers and don’t mind when it arrives or have the time to chase, have at it!

Always delivered far quicker than expected. Yes, I'm local so that makes it easier, but order and delivery same is impressive all the same.

Had driven past many times and never got chance to pop in until recently. Enjoyed 1 or 2 pints of there fantastic selection on tap and had a good chat with the guy serving us. Told us it was his sons place and they also deliver 😎. I have ordered a couple of times now and each time my brew arrives nicely chilled. Definitely recommend Indii brew. If you like craft beers you'll love this place.

It was my first time ordering from Indii Brew Co and I can't praise them highly enough. They were kind enough to discount my order retrospectively after I forgot to use the code at the checkout. The product range offered a wide variety of styles. Would recommend them to anyone!
