Unfulfilled Promises and Poor Support – My Experience with Indis Academy
I joined Indis Academy’s Indis 21 batch in October 2024, based on their promises of guaranteed placement within 4 months after course completion, guaranteed internships, and comprehensive support. Unfortunately, these commitments were not fulfilled.
The course concluded in February 2025, but since then, I have not received a single interview call from any company. The internship provided was limited to a project without mentorship or constructive feedback.
When I raised concerns, their team conducted what they called a mock interview, but it was actually a screening test. After some delay, they sent feedback recommending an internship. However, weeks have passed since then, and no internship opportunity has been provided.
Responses to my queries were vague, with repeated assurances like “this week” or “tomorrow,” yet no progress was made even by July. When I called for support, I was repeatedly redirected between different teams—support telling me to contact admin, admin telling me to contact support—with no clear resolution.
The course advisor who enrolled me eventually said they lost their mobile phone and could not receive my calls. Chat support also cited technical issues, which prolonged the delays.
Email communication was often delayed or unanswered, leaving me feeling unsupported after paying the course fees.
While I did gain some digital marketing knowledge, my primary reason for enrolling was the promised career support and guaranteed placement, which never materialized.
I am sharing this review to highlight the gap between the promises made by Indis Academy and the actual experience I had. Their commitments regarding placement, internship, and support were not fulfilled.
