I have bought loads from these folks. Their sleeper brackets and their pergola brackets are all excellent, work exactly as I would hope, and are extremely practical. I've tried and tested almost all their sleeper brackets and I can assure you they definitely work as you would hope. Everything I have ordered has arrived promptly.

I have only made one purchase from this company, on payment I selected same day dispatch and paid the extra shipping costs. I needed the items quickly as part of a small project I'm undertaking. It is now day 4 and still no delivery.

Either the item wasn't dispatched same day or the courier let them down, either way I have been left dissatisfied.

UPDATE***

I was called by a rep for the company who explained that same day dispatch only applies before 12pm and not on weekends, which is fair enough however it's not clear on their website that this is the case so i do stand by my original review, however that said I am impressed with the fact that the clearly take customer service seriously and I'm sure they will make shipping options more clear in the future hence the improvement I've made to the star rating.

Really impressed by the standard of customer service. I ordered a metal planter with base. It came really quickly (within a day or 2) but unfortunately the team sent one without a base by accident. Upon contacting Customer Services, the matter was resolved really quickly and I received the correct planter within days. The Customer Services team were also very easy and fair to deal with. Top marks.

When my order was delivered there was a part missing. It happens! I emailed their support address. Had a response within an hour and the missing part was in my hands within days.
A small hiccup dealt with perfectly.

I feel really disappointed by Indoor Outdoors. I ordered 16 sleeper brackets and two boxes of coach screws. The delivery was prompt but one box of screws was missing from the package. I contacted Indoor Outdoors by email and unfortunately their reply went to my spam folder so I didn't see it for a few days by which time the brackets had been installed. Indoor Outdoors stated that I needed a photo of the goods received and packaging if possible. After several emails they have refused to do anything without a photo. They have stolen a box of screws from me and it's now been a week since I heard anything from them.

I will not be using them again and nor will I be recommending them to colleagues and associates in the landscaping industry.

I ordered a Framola kit from their website and received within a few days. The quality of the kit is very impressive and well made, holding a huge frame together with no problems. I did experience a problem with the order and didnt receive all components but quickly got in touch with Alex and he resolved straight away. The missing parts delivered within a day. Good service and great product. Will definitely use again

Very bad experience with order. I have placed my order on April 23, 2021 but still it is not delivered to deliver from UK to Ireland. I contact customer care they just gave me the tracking number to talk to Courier guys. I talked to Courier guys they told proper papers were not provided by Indoor Outdoors. Very irresponsible customer team even after reaching them last week, not update on my order.

On website it is mentioned 2 days delivery and delivery charge is almost 18 pound. which is totally false and misleading.

I ordered my outdoor furniture from this company. They were very good to deal with. I wouldn’t have any reasons not to recommend them.

This company are fine when the order is correct but are hopeless when it is wrong. I ordered 6 items, 5 as ordered and delivered in good condition/time. But the 6th item - railway sleeper stakes were galvanised iron instead of black (more expensive). There was no response to my emails; on the phone I was told I would get a refund and return postage but so far nothing (4 weeks ago). I also ordered this item via Amazon and it was incorrect. I returned the item, and did get a refund but no postage which was half the cost of the item! Clearly they are unable to resolve issues with returns so you just have to hope that they get the order right in the first place.

I recently purchased a set of sleeper brackets and sleeper stakes and I'm simply amazed by the quality. The items are very well made from quality material and at a reasonable cost. The items arrived well packed and were dispatched quickly. All in all great experience and would definitely recommend them and I would use them for any future projects!

I purchased a wood log store and a bbq, both made to last and look great thanks.

I purchased the Pergola bracket kit, I’m so glad I shopped around and found this company, the kit is finished to a great quality and standard very heavy and sturdy. The guys in the customer service team are also great, answered my queries within an hour of emailing.
Really good theses companies are still out there.
I recommend this company and the products.

Medium Chicken & Poultry Feeder
This is a very practical and stylish solution which really does address the problems that many of us chicken owners suffer in keeping food fresh, clean and dry. It is raised above the floor which prevents the chicks from knocking food out but is still easily accessible for the hens. The roof protects the food from wet weather as well - Looks great too!
Service was excellent and arrived the next day.
It is easy to assemble - a great British design!

I ordered two items but only one turned up. I've been unable to contact the company by phone or email.
I created account on their website but when I tried to create a "support ticket" was told that I have been denied access.
I've already wasted far too much time on them - I'd avoid them and order from a more reliable company.

I have purchased a few products over this last year and each time I am overwhelmed with the quality and craftsmanship of each and every item. From placing my orders to receiving them, I am kept up to date. A very professional company, who deliver what they promise

Very impressive service, product & price. Found them online when looking for sleepers what a good simple and sturdy product. Ordered on Tuesday arrived Thursday. Location of sleepers means they are on show but dont look unsightly eventually plants will hide them anyway Many Thanks John

I bought an amount of the double railway sleeper stakes for a garden project and found them to be more than suitable for the job. Dispatched speedily and no problems at all in that regard.

Because of where I was placing them it wasn’t possible to hide one or two of the stakes and they’ve dented a little where they took a pounding from the hammer, but I’d say that was user error more than a problem with the products. I definitely recommend as they’ve done what they’re asked to do. Can’t ask for more than that.

Excellent service, incinerator arrived quicker than Amazon prime.
