Signed up for a year long contract for a wattbike. The model I was given was really quite old. It didn’t work with the wattbike app. Today the bike was returned. After giving me a 9 hour window for collection to take place, I contacted customer services as I had heard nothing. A driver arrived half an hour later, 9.5 hours after the collection window opened. I had to help him load the bike onto the lorry. He confirmed (showed me the job call out on his phone) that he got given the collection job at 16.53. Appalling service, old equipment, premium prices. I don’t recommend using this company.
